Export user activityResponse from Customer
It would be great to able to generate a raw export of all events from all users in a given account. For example, if an account has 17 users, I would like to export an aggregate list of the “Recent Activity” in one long list for all 17 users. This would make it easy to do some Excel post-processing to analyze patterns in a given customer context.
Ability to filter any report/widget by number of visitsResponse from Customer
Posting on behalf of a customer: In Audience and Account Explorer, you can see the number of visits per account and per user. As a user, I would like the ability to filter any report or widget by the number of visits. For example, I may not want to target a user who has only been to the product once. Right now, I can sort Audience and Account Explorer by visits, but I cannot filter. There is another similar request that is focused specifically on Retention Analysis.
How do we mask the URL and prevent them from logging in the URL TrackingResponse from Customer
Use Case: When we have any url and wanted to mask/exclude the part in the tracking, so as to prevent seeing the entire url in plaintext in the 'Recent Activity' of an user. Like reset-password. change-email,set-initial-password We have the feature "Set the filter to mask or exclude urls" in the SDK settings. Both can't be achieved at once with the current design
Ability to track text typed in a field w/out custom eventResponse from Customer
One thing our team is incredibly conscious of is making sure we’re not taking up precious developer resources for anything other than building our product. I know this is possible through custom events but it would be great to have a way to track text typed in a field (e.g. search query) without the need of developer intervention. It appears that another tool similar to Gainsight PX (I won’t name names) has the ability to do this. thank you!
Ability to "Show Mapped" Features in Product Mapper on top of UIResponse from Customer
Sharing this idea/request on behalf of a customer: As a user, I would like the ability to be able to see what is mapped on a particular page in my product when I am in the context of my product. For comparison, something similar is available when creating a Guide engagement. This would help improve the Product Mapping experience so that I can visually see what has been mapped, rather than referring to a list in the product tree.
Differentiate ACTIVE and INACTIVE usersResponse from Customer
Hi Guys,I would love to be able to deactivate a user from future engagements if I know they have left their role which they have a subscription for. At the moment we target engagements based around company names (so Annie’s Apple Shack) but if I know that 3 members of that business have left, they still remain present on Gainsight as we have no way of alerting Gainsight to their departure and they still come receive unnecessary emails/spam. Would a monthly data-upload of all active users help that? if we populate a field to state ACTIVE or INACTIVE we can have that as a filter…..?
Dashboard customizationResponse from Customer
Use Case: With the current design we do not have option to edit the dashboard other than the admin / creator of the dashboard. It would be great if we can add two other options as manager and viewer under Dashboard which will give access to the other person to edit the dashboard. Refer to the below image as an example.
Give admins the ability to edit/delete/pass rights to others for all dashboardsResponse from Customer
I believe the admins should have the ultimate right to edit or delete anybodies dashboard, take the ownership of it, pass the rights to edit to other person and share it with anybody they want. Real world example:We have ~200 users of the PX and approximately 98% of them aren’t that familiar with the PX interface nor are they familiar with the events that we are implementing. That’s why whenever they need a custom dashboard they are coming to the 2%-lucky-person (let’s call him Luke) and ask him to create the dashboard for them.Since this Lucky Luke can’t transfer the ownership afterwards to the requester, Luke has to forever look at all of these dashboards as his own which disables him from looking at this own dashboards that are important for his work.Passing the ownership to the requester would solve this issue once and for all. However, many times other users who have their dashboards need a bit of help of tweeking some widgets so it would be extremely handy if admins could easily g
