Fine-grained date/time filters?No Status

I've made extensive use of the Gainsight PX API and so I know that fields like lastSeenDate and signUpDate can be specified in milliseconds as part of the filter. However, the UI (eg: Audience Explorer) seems only to allow filtering at a granularity of days. Is there any way to do fine-grained filtering in the UI? I have tried using a URL (eg: [url=https://app.aptrinsic.com/users?firstName==Matt]https://app.aptrinsic.com/users?firstName==Matt[/url]) but that doesn't seem to work. Thanks, Matt

Repeat displaying an engagement if button hasn't been clickedNo Status

I created an engagement to highlight a virtual event in our product. I'd like to be able to show the engagement every week [b]IF[/b] the user hasn't clicked on the 'Register Now' button. Is there a way to do this? In the Audience tab, you can select the engagement but then only have the option to target an event that it's been "Viewed" or "Completed". This would then leave out people who haven't seen it yet. Also, would "Completed" be tracking the custom button I added in the engagement or something else? Engagement How To: Let the user act in the app, then proceed to next engagement stepNo Status

I often interspersed a modal like this in the walk through tool my company used prior to shifting to PX: [img]https://d1qy7qyune0vt1.cloudfront.net/gainsight-en/attachment/toast-b004be6f-979b-4f1a-9b8e-81035758d747-261604834.png[/img]The users could do whatever they needed on the page, and the modal would persist in a corner of the screen despite minor url changes. When they clicked "Next," the next step would appear. (The (?) spots reveal explainer tooltip text on mouseover--just regular html stuff that we can do in PX too) WHY IS IT USEFUL This technique worked well in cases where a user may need to take any number of steps (or no steps if already ready) before moving on to the next part of a process. It's the digital analog to a tour guide saying, "get some snacks, hit up the restrooms, meet back at the bus in ten minutes." Does this make sense and has anyone found a good way to handle this kind of function in PX?

Ability to add Milestone Flags to Graphs, Charts, ReportsNo Status

PROBLEM We may notice a bump or spike in activity of some kind, but don't have a way to easily show WHY it happened. Maybe the CS team recommended a customer perform some changes, maybe the product team released new capabilities. Would be great to be able to optionally visualize this. SOLUTION Have a free-form "milestones" section that functions much like the Product Mapper (from a hierarchy perspective). These "Modules" are places that people can put milestones (title, short description, date). From within a report, a user can easily enable visualizing a "module" and any milestones below it would show for any date-based charts. Could be a simple flag pole on the chart with a title, and when you hover over it it provides the description. VALUE Easily see exactly WHAT caused the change in adoption, retention, utilization, or any other chart-based graph. See something weird in a graph? Turn on ALL milestones and see if something might have t

Generate URL to launch an Engagement from a Link.No Status

I was speaking with a customer earlier who would like the ability to generate a link for an engagement to then be able to launch Engaggement via a link. As of now the only way to show an engagement on demand is by using the Knowledge Center Bot. This has come up a few times now, do we see in the future being able to launch Engagement from a link?

Date Filter to end at TODAYNo Status

My Onboarding team thought it would be useful to be abel to create custom dynamic date ranged that go from a specificed start date to (TODAY). This way the filters, widgets, reports, would always be up-to-date. The predefined timeframes do this, but the fexibiliy of any start date until today, would be helpful.

Feature filter optionsNo Status

If we need to identify all users with usage information for a particular period based on feature data, there is no easy way. We can select features in the filter but only operation available for filtering is “IN”. If number of modules/features is high then selecting all of them in the filter is a tedious task. Also if we want to filter users with no feature information then there is no way we can do it. Hence extending filter operators to Any Feature, All Features, Not In, No Features would help to get the required data easily.

Pause Content without Having to Remove it from K-BotNo Status

Hey Folks,Have you ever needed to make a minor update to an engagement but were locked out because it was active? And then you go to pause the engagement to make the quick edit, but again, blocked because the engagement is also housed in a K-Bot library. It would be really great if we could make an update on the fly without having to:Start on the engagement you notice has a spelling error Find the Right K-Bot where the engagement might be housed (there is no way to know without looking through each K-Bot) Find and remove the engagement Go back to the engagement launcher and pause it Go to the engagement editor and make the update to word or phrase Go back to the engagement launcher and launch it Go back to the K-Bot and find the engagement again (BTW it is no longer in the same order as it was when you removed it, so you will need to search through every engagement available to every K-Bot.) Add it back to the Bot. Re-order it  in your K-Bot Menu and/or assign it to a Category. Save th

Ability to undelete an engagementNo Status

When you delete an engagement, it would be helpful if the engagement went to a “trash” or “archive” area instead of being completely deleted. Administrators could then go to that area and undelete engagements.Accidents can happen where someone accidentally deletes the wrong engagement. This feature would make it easy to reverse deletion.

Ability to add a custom article as a hyperlink in the KC Bot onboarding TabNo Status

Posting on behalf of a customer:Currently, we can add articles present in the knowledge bases we integrate, and to redirect users to custom article(not in knowledge base) we have to put the target URL in an engagement and add that in KCB, but it would be very helpful if we could add custom articles as a hyperlink in the onboarding tab of the KC Bot.This would allow user to simply click on the text(hyperlink) to land them on the custom article.

Request: Ability to position the Knowledge Center Bot on a standalone basisNo Status

As it currently stands, the position of Knowledge Center Bot is relative to the button it is embedded to. There is the offset functionality, but my understanding is that it is limited as it is done via pixels. As different screens have different resolutions, the positioning would be different on every screen when using that capability. My team would find it useful to have the ability to  put it in 1 fixed position, relative to the screen (e.g., bottom right) instead of relative to the button.

Feedback module - export dataNo Status

Hi,when exporting data from Feedback module, the table does not contain any data about the customer. Only the feedback itself, and when was it left.  It would be helpful to get list of all attributes, same as you have on other exports in PX. Not having all information makes it hard to make any deep dive analysis. (e.g., what customers are leaving feedback, what regions, what products are they using e.g.).Igor @link_black @mickey

SFDC Integration - Leads SupportNo Status

Posting on behalf of PX customer. For lead gen platforms, the majority of our users are set as leads in SFDC. They will only convert to contacts once they convert into a sales opportunity for other products. However, in order to start nurturing these leads in-app with PX, they need to have some of the SFDC data to segment the leads. Integrating leads from SFDC to PX would be very helpful for this use case!

Add PX Analytics filter options for Browser and Device TypeNo Status

Posting on behalf of a customer… It would be great to include Browser and Device Type as available filters in PX Analytics.  We still use Google Analytics for this analysis and would like to do this in PX if possible. Gainsight Add-on… We do currently support targeting PX Engagements by Device, platform (OS), and Browser and we also have a Dashboard widget available for Browser analysis.  See below screenshots:

Show how many users will see an engagementNo Status

After applying audience rules for a guide, I would like to see how many users match the criteria. This would help boost my confidence in the rules I created. For example, if I have 0 rules I’d like to see that every user is going to see the guide, and if I apply a rule for something like “users are not located in north america” I would expect that number to decrease. Without this, I don’t know if the rules are working or not.

PX: Allow users to clear engagement data during testingNo Status

When we test engagements, we often use our email address in Engagements > Users, to target it to ourselves or a few colleagues and then launch it. With engagements that will appear only one time, this means when the engagement is finalized, or modified and re-tested, the same user is unable to view the engagement again. These views by internal users are also counted toward the overall views. It would be helpful if we had an option to clear the engagement views data, for use during testing. And this is probably a separate issue, but the Preview option does not necessarily represent exactly how the engagement will appear in the app. I've seen engagements appear much larger with larger font, for example, in the Preview mode, than when we actually launch or view the guide in the app.

Can Customer manage their own Session Duration?No Status

Currently with PX, It has been already decided that if there is no activity for X duration, the old session will be closed and a new session will be generated. Can we have an option to manage this one in the UI? i.e, Can customer set their own durations of sessions?   Thanks, Shireesha

Js Code in Engagement.No Status

Description: Added the Calendly code to the PX engagement and launched it. However, the calendar does not show up in the engagement. Funnel Reports - Median Time from First StepNo Status

Hi everyone,We think that it would be really useful to have the option to see “Median Time from First Step” and “Median Time from Previous Step” in our funnel reports. We would even dare to say that this would be more useful to have then the currently shown “Average Time from First Step” and “Average Time from Previous Step” due to the nature of our products and our users.

PX Engagement Editor: Unify the modes and favor contextual engagement buildingNo Status

I come to PX from six months of working with HelpHero and more years of peaking at WalkMe. In both of those places, I saw a different stance in the tour/walk-thru/engagement editors. I'd like to encourage PX to build toward incorporating these three modes: 1. out-of and 2. in-app editing and 3. in-app preview modes into a more unified mode, with your customer's web application at the core. That application is the context to rule all contexts (well, your customer's [i]customer's [/i]workplace workflows are probably the only more essential context--but more abstract and less accessible than your customer's applications). So, this is not a feature request, but a vision request. You can help my users by my helping me keep closer contact to the point on the ground, in my application, where my user needs me. I'm looking forward to learning much more, but happy in the meantime to share an impression that benefits from PX inexperience (as I have not yet got
