Posting on behalf of a couple customers… It would be great if one could filter out (exclude) specific features or modules from the Path Analyzer report to make it easier to use and provide better insights. Use cases: #1 - We have a large number of custom events that are mapped that are rendering in the Path Analyzer report that I’d like to exclude, but once selected I cannot see a way that would logically exclude the module or feature itself. #2 - In our case, we have plenty of Custom Events triggering with dozens of attributes and I have to create Features from these attributes so that I can keep track of our feature adoption (our app features are tracked as a Custom Event attributes) in the Analytics → Features → Adoption module.But if I create a lot of Features in the PX then I’ll clutter the Path Analyzer and won’t see clearly what’s the exact path of our users through the app. Not all features are equally important that I want them to see in the Path Analyzer, however, they are im

Is there a filter that can be applied to exclude certain features or modules from the path analyzer report? We have a large number of custom events that are mapped that are rendering in the Path Analyzer report that I’d like to exclude, but once selected I cannot see a way that would logically exclude the module or feature itself.
If I have a lot of engagements but my company changes its branding, or creates new templates to standardize its style, I would like to have a smooth process to update my old engagements to new templates where I can update the engagement to a new template with preserving content. Many larger organizations will have hundreds of engagements across multiple types, and updating them all to match branding or style changes could be prohibitive. My organization is currently facing this with 75-100 active engagements and it’s giving us pause.Understanding that the content is not necessarily tagged in such a way that makes it easy by default, I imagine this having something like the following workflow:Go to the Templates tab Choose a new template Confirm whether to overwrite existing content or to migrate content (rather than current “this will overwrite existing content” message) Have side-by-side view of the old engagement and the new template, and allow for drag and drop of new content into d
Y’all changed a vital chart, and actually removed important information and did not replace it. This is a monthly chart. You used to show how this chart looked vs. the previous equal timeframe. That is now gone. I’m not sure I care about these new values, and they’re organized oddly. Aside from missing data, I have to think far more than I should every time I look at this thing. Sunday is down 88% since last Monday? Well no kidding. Show me change vs. equal day of week. Show me change vs. previous 7 days. GIve me something like this.
Segmentation ImprovementsPartially Fixed
I think there are some improvements to be made in the Segmentation engine. Cannot do segments within segments. This really limits our ability to manage custom audiences and merge them together as necessary for guides or other purposes. Can AND and OR criteria, but cannot do something like this: "target engagement to users who visited NewsCenter feature < 5 times within the last 30 days." Can only do: "NewsCenter feature < 5 times", "Visited anywhere in product within 30 days". Thanks for listening!
Ability to Enable/Disable or modify KC BOT functions.Partially Fixed
Use Cases: Ability to Enable/Disable the Tabs (On boarding, Feedback) of the Knowledge centre bot. If the user don’t need to go through the on- boarding articles, then it would be better if we have the leverage to turn off the tab. Ability to display the KC Bot to only specific customers cohorts, For whom it is needed. With the current design, if we launch the KC Bot it will pop-up for every customer. So we don’t have the ability to customise the knowledge centre Bot. Ability to change the style/location of the bot with custom CSS/Code. Now, with the current design there is no option to update or edit the CSS code. We can just change the shape of the Bot. Unlike it can we make it possible to change the location of the BOT.
There seem to be a lot of functionality issues with the Feature Guide (Knowledge Bot)Partially Fixed
Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone has tried to use the feature guide (knowledge bot) yet? I've run into some pretty major issues, as well as just some inefficient and confusing pain points. Hoping that someone has some insights, as these are really show stoppers for us being able to use this feature. This is for the product formerly known as Aptrinsic. Major issues: [list=1] [*]Setting the engagement visibility for the items in a feature guide doesn't impact the visibility of the feature guide. I found that out when I launched the feature guide, ostensibly for testing, to myself, and everyone saw it :(. [*]There's no way to set feature guide visibility. Would have expected underlying engagement visibility to dictate the feature guide visibility, but that is not the case. Therefore, there is no way to test the feature guide. [*]There are some pages on our platform such as code editor tools where the feature guide button displays over the top of the primary action b
