PX: Calendar view of engagements

Again, as we publish more and more engagements, it'd be really helpful if PX provided a calendar view of the live and scheduled engagements. This would help users identify potential conflicts and avoid over-messaging customers. Without it, we're looking to use Trello or an external calendar tool to manage and provide visibility into what other depts. are doing with engagements. It'd be great if we could manage the whole process directly in PX.

+1 to this suggestion. The engagement calendar is getting more and more crowded as we launch more engagements.




We would really like this. As we get more sophisticated in our personas for onboarding, it is going to be very difficult to figure out what engagements that a given user will see, as they’ll be taking different paths. As soon as you start sharing some engagements across journeys for different personas but not others, it will become very hard to determine in Gainsight what an individual user will see.

One way to do it might be something like the Preview tab on the Schedule section of Engagements. You could choose a set of filters / segments and a start date for a user, and then preview the sequence of engagements for the user. I know some engagements are only filtered based on segment matches on certain times, but you could probably come pretty close. This would allow us to then analyze how onboarding journeys would happen for individual personas, which is the level at which we view the onboarding journey.
