Knowledge Centre Integration with "Intercom"

Posting on behalf of a customer,

In PX, We have several knowledge Centre Integrations like Zendesk, Salesforce, Mind touch, Etc.

An option for Integration with Intercom would also be helpful, as some of the customers might have their docs in Intercom.

Intercom does not seem to have API endpoint available for their docs/articles which is requirement for an integration option to PX KC Bot.

Hi Angelo and Shireesha - I reached out to Intercom to see if this was in the plans and they returned some recently release documentation:  https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/reference#the-article-model

Not yet, I will check in with the PX PM for integrations and assign this PX Product Idea to them.
