Initial delay behavior & Engagement dialogue count view

The Initial Delay is working as expected. However, Customers have a concern that if the user navigates to another page before the initial delay, the user will not be able to see the engagement but since it was loaded on the client-side, it will be considered as viewed.

This is a false view count which will affect the customers when they want to target the audience who haven't really viewed the engagements. 

It would be really great if the false view count was fixed where customer's can get the correct count about the engagement viewed.
