Adding a Knowledge Center Bot analytics widget to the PX Custom DashboardsAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer…   It would be nice to be able to add Knowledge Center Bot Analytics to our PX Custom Dashboards.  Since we cannot include this on our account/customer filtered dashboards, we must go to Knowledge Center Bot Analytics and filter by that account/customer to see how they are using our Knowledge Center.  It would be much better/easier/quicker to see these Knowledge Center Bot statistics on our current account/customer filtered custom dashboards.

Drill down on custom dashboardNo Status

Hi, we've built some custome dashboards, and what we realised we're missing the opportunity to "drill down" to audiene level on some graph. E.g., I'd like to analyze an audience that used feature X on day Y- I see on graph that there's 1900 customers that used it, but i cannot drill down to see who they are, but need to create a new "report" on audience segment. Tree Edit AttributionNo Status

I love that I can see when a feature or module was created or modified, but I often wish I could see WHO created or modified them. BONUS POINTS if I could access an edit history for each module and feature!This is important because we have several people empowered to add new features and modules to the Product Tree — as long as they’ve completed some specific training from Gainsight University. 😉Sometimes things change and it’s not always clear why. So if I’m trying to maintain a high-quality Product Tree while also empowering our product team, I often need to hunt down who last edited a branch. Sometimes nobody knows who did it so it seems like the change was done by mistake.

To view users or accounts that belong to a segmentAcknowledged

It would be great If we have an option to filter out Audience/Accounts by using Segments. Using this feature we can know how many users/Audience will qualify for a particular segment. Instead of applying more filters every time, we can have a segment created and use it. We do have a workaround by using the Email Engagement for preview or using the rules in segments directly as filters. But Having a segment as filter makes things so much easier

Allow the "Next" and "Previous" button text in PX Guide Tooltips to be changed/customized easilyAcknowledged

It would be great to have the ability to easily customize/change the "Next" and "Previous" button text in PX Guide Tooltips.  This is not currently possible without some significant custom CSS coding.

Add Custom Event properties to PX S3 export filesAcknowledged

Use Case : In the current functionality we have option to export Custom Events data to S3 but we do not get all the properties available after exporting, It would really helpful for the customers if they could also see all the properties for eg: when they are exporting custom event data they should get all the information regarding the custom event properties which they setup.

I would like to add a relative link so that the link opens the correct site for the environment.For example, I want to add a relative link so that it will open the QA release notes site from the QA environment and the production release notes site from the production environment.

Display Badge views in the analyticsNo Status

Currently while using a badge in an Engagement, If we do not have any other steps like tooltip or dialog other than badge, when we launch it, if user visits/clicks on the badge the views in the engagement is not increasing, thus simply we are not tracking the badge views.  But it would be useful to have the analytics for badge views as well, Because we might have some use cases where it will be enough to show just a badge and it’s badge tooltip. In those situations we are missing the views or count in analytics.

Ability to Mark "cc" in Email EngagementAcknowledged

Customer ask : If we can have the ability to mark in cc to a cross-functional team for email engagement. This will help them to increase the visibility for other team.   For example: In case the product team have triggered an email engagement for all the Admin users they would like to mark in CC the associated CSM.  If we can have cc option in email setting.

Preview participants option for Dialog, Slider, Guide, or Survey Engagements.Acknowledged

It would be awesome if you were able preview the participants for the audience logic setup for a dialog, slider, guide or survey engagement. Intercom has this feature and it’s great to sanity check who’s going to receive your message before you set it live.   Any ideas about a way to check an Engagement’s audience using Audience Explorer?

Default Date Range SettingAcknowledged

In PX, by default, reports show the prior 7 days.  I’m usually interested in look at the prior 30 days (as our application is more of a WAU app than a DAU app), and would like the ability to set the default date range to a longer period.

Ability to add a custom article as a hyperlink in the KC Bot onboarding TabNo Status

Posting on behalf of a customer:Currently, we can add articles present in the knowledge bases we integrate, and to redirect users to custom article(not in knowledge base) we have to put the target URL in an engagement and add that in KCB, but it would be very helpful if we could add custom articles as a hyperlink in the onboarding tab of the KC Bot.This would allow user to simply click on the text(hyperlink) to land them on the custom article.

PX + Slack integrationNo Status

Hi, we enabled PX + Slack integration, to receive real time notifications when we receive NPS or CES score. As an idea, it would be awesome to filter what notifications to receive - e.g. only detractors for NPS, or only ones that gave 1-3 score, or for feedback to fw only issue type. Posting on behalf of Trimble MEP (PX customer):    Product Request: Language localization for Knowledge Center Bot   Business Case:    As a global company, it’s crucial to target customers with their respective language in order to properly onboard and train them. If the language is not localized: Some users may get confused and not know how to submit feedback. It looks like we were ignoring the language of our customers, when in fact there's nothing we can do about it. There's some sensitivity with customers around the world about the dominance of English. cc @angelo @mickey

Ability to communicate to all people directly who have sent feedback via KC bot.Acknowledged

Posting on behalf of customer:        Currently, when PX user what to communicate with people who have sent feedback via KC bot is little tedious as every time PX user has to copy each email and feedback from UI .      Instead, if there could be a method to send a direct email to people from UI or to copy emails at bulk based on category of feedback and other filters it could ease the process.

Consolidate Bookmarks, Dashboards, My Reports, and Shared With MeNo Status

PROBLEM: I cannot share views and filters of Audience and Accounts Explorer like I can the rest of the reports. I also have to manage two different locations for my favorite reports, not to mention a completely different favoriting mechanism for each. Dashboards also have their own favoriting and sharing mechansims. SOLUTION: The Bookmarks capability inside of the Audience and Accounts explorer is nice, but I'm not sure why it is a completely different system than My Reports and Shared With Me functionality that's in the Analytics section. I would recommend allowing Audience and Accounts reports to be saved to My Reports and shared via Share With Me, just like any other report. Ultimately removing the Bookmark feature. Similar to this, I would incorporate Dashboards here as well. VALUE: Simplified and unified interface. Fewer features to manage and maintain for PX team. Lower learning curve for users. More sharing capabilities.

'New' badge for Knowledge Center BotImplemented

Most organizations are continuously adding new content to the Knowledge Center Bot. It’ll be helpful to be able to attach a ‘New’ badge to the Knowledge Center button to draw attention. The workaround is a pop-up to message the new content but that is quite annoying to a busy user.   The ‘New’ badge should also be attached to the new content. Essentially, creating a trail, guiding users to the new content.   We would really appreciate this feature. Without it, it’s just difficult for us to message new content to our users. Thanks!

Adding Step count to tooltipsAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of customer,In the guides, for each tooltip we see a step count, this is seen only for the tooltips having the action to be a navigation, but enabling to all the tooltips irrespective of the action would decrease the task of adding step count manually.

Attach image or video to issue ticketAcknowledged

Hi, I have to submit several issue tickets per month. It’s always easier to communicate the problem is I can include images or a screencast. However, there is no option to include an attachment on issue tickets. I can add an image or screencast once Gainsight has responded to my ticket via email, but this is inefficient - please make it possible to attach images and videos to the original ticket.

Start knowledge bot from custom button or linkPlanned

We'd like to implement the Knowledge Center Bot for our users to start PX tours at their liking. However, the KC button is always covering crucial functionality on our application. It would be nice if we could open the KC bot via a link, so we can add our own custom button in the application for users to open the bot or embed it in our existing Help Center.

Ability to set an expiration date for an articleAcknowledged

As an administrator, I want to set an expiration date for an article and know this will fall off automatically when I tell it to. Today, I have to set a reminder in Slack or in Outlook to remind myself to remove it (or just come across it later in the future sometime). This is a nice-to-have feature and will simply help with bot content management. This request should considered for a guided tours as well.

Review data for more than 6 months at a timePlanned

In PX, I’ve only found a way to evaluate data at 6 months at a time. I would like to be able to extend this to at least a year if not more. I find the restriction makes evaluating data much more difficult.

Generate URL to launch an Engagement from a Link.No Status

I was speaking with a customer earlier who would like the ability to generate a link for an engagement to then be able to launch Engaggement via a link. As of now the only way to show an engagement on demand is by using the Knowledge Center Bot. This has come up a few times now, do we see in the future being able to launch Engagement from a link?
