Add tab to Knowledge BotNo Status
We have a use case where we would really like to iframe a separate window into the Knowledge Bot in its own tab instead of the “Feedback” tab. Our support team has a Visualforce support page that would be more useful here for our end users. This would allow our users to submit tickets directly from solution without having to leave and come back. Has anyone else figured out how to iframe content within the knowledge bot?
Bulk download XLIFF files for localization.Implemented
We need an option of bulk downloads for the localization XLIFFs in the list of languages from the editor. If we have many languages in the list to download and equally many engagements, it takes a lot of time to download one file at a time. So an option for BULK DOWNLOAD would be really helpful. Thanks, Shireesha.
Given how important the “ignore throttling” option is and how people can (ab)use it, I believe it deserves to have it’s place/column in the main list of all engagements when you go to the https://app.aptrinsic.com/engagement page.Right now I can’t know which engagement has this option ticked without going inside of every one. Please take this into consideration. I believe it wouldn’t be too hard to implement too :)
[KC Bot] Allow KC Bot Added Engagements to Be Modified of their Engagement Level Configuration, Without Having to remove it from KC Bot.Acknowledged
Posting on Behalf of a Customer, but would say its a good idea also. Today when trying to edit the Engagement used in KC Bot you get below. Its a pretty bad experience where someone has to go back and forth to remove the Engagement from KC Bot, Pause the Engagement, Make Changes, Launch, then readd into KC Bot. Especially, If a simple change needs to be done, such as fixing a spelling error, or changing the title of a step. Somewhat related to this community thread:
Enable changes on CSS tab of engagements after translation state has been set to 'Ready for Translation'Acknowledged
When the translation state of an engagement has been set to ‘Ready for translation’ not only the text of the engagement is locked, but also the entries on the CSS tab. As these apply to all localizations and are not part of the export files for the localizations they shouldn’t be locked.
New badge count feature for the Knowledge Center Bot should consider newly added articlesAcknowledged
I saw that Gainsight recently released a badge count feature for newly added engagements to a knowledge center bot (great feature, thank you!). I’d like to request this new feature be enhanced to use for newly added articles to the knowledge center bot as well.In the meantime, I have turned on the badge count feature and will only be adding engagements to the bot for now, so our users will know when any new content is available. In other words, I will use a dialog engagement to let users know of a new article and provide a link over to it. This experience has the same # of clicks to get to the article, so it’s a win all the way around.
S3 Integration - Px ImprovementsImplemented
We have a need to be able to have increased control of what S3 files are generated coming out of Px. We need to be able to turn on/off files to limit what data flows and just create the files that are required. This is due to data security demands, and is critical. Contact me for customer details.
Px - Blocking Data for Indentify CallImplemented
Looking for an enhancement to block the sending of all information in the identify call except for the ID’s. This is needed as we (a customer) wants to provide all data through the API, and block all other data flows. Contact me for more client details.
Give admins the ability to edit/delete/pass rights to others for all dashboardsResponse from Customer
I believe the admins should have the ultimate right to edit or delete anybodies dashboard, take the ownership of it, pass the rights to edit to other person and share it with anybody they want. Real world example:We have ~200 users of the PX and approximately 98% of them aren’t that familiar with the PX interface nor are they familiar with the events that we are implementing. That’s why whenever they need a custom dashboard they are coming to the 2%-lucky-person (let’s call him Luke) and ask him to create the dashboard for them.Since this Lucky Luke can’t transfer the ownership afterwards to the requester, Luke has to forever look at all of these dashboards as his own which disables him from looking at this own dashboards that are important for his work.Passing the ownership to the requester would solve this issue once and for all. However, many times other users who have their dashboards need a bit of help of tweeking some widgets so it would be extremely handy if admins could easily g
Posting on behalf of a customer… It would be great to include Browser and Device Type as available filters in PX Analytics. We still use Google Analytics for this analysis and would like to do this in PX if possible. Gainsight Add-on… We do currently support targeting PX Engagements by Device, platform (OS), and Browser and we also have a Dashboard widget available for Browser analysis. See below screenshots:
Please add "Last Browser" and "Last Browser Version" to the available filters in PX AnalyticsNo Status
Posting on behalf of a customer…. Please add "Last Browser" and "Last Browser Version" to the available filters for Audience Explorer, Dashboards, Adoption Explorer, etc. within PX Analytics. We need to be able to easily report on these users in PX and the “Browser usage” Dashboard widget does not allow us to see the underlying user/account records. Gainsight PX add-on comments…You cannot currently filter users/accounts by these “Last Browser” fields. PX records the "last browser" and "last browser version" for each user, so it can change often for some users. The best way to see this and get a full filtered list of users/accounts would be to export your full Users to a CSV from Audience Explorer and then filter it in your spreadsheet program (e.g. MS Excel).
Be able to copy/paste items in fieldsAcknowledged
When I’m working on multiple engagements, I often want to copy/paste items in a field on one engagement to another without cloning the entire engagement. I’d love to be able to copy anything I have added to an audience field by highlighting it, then copying and pasting to another field.
Ability to Mark "cc" in Email EngagementAcknowledged
Customer ask : If we can have the ability to mark in cc to a cross-functional team for email engagement. This will help them to increase the visibility for other team. For example: In case the product team have triggered an email engagement for all the Admin users they would like to mark in CC the associated CSM. If we can have cc option in email setting.
Posting on behalf of a customer, who has two user workflows that are essentially identical, with exception of the URL path being either /new/ or /edit/. Here is the question that they had ,“We have the “new” workflow mapped, with probably 100+ elements. We now want to map the “edit” workflow, which again, is mostly identical. Is there a way to copy the entire node that’s labeled “activities:create” into a new node called “activities:edit”?”Let me know if there are any workarounds. This makes for a good product idea . Please consider this
Dashboard Co-Owners in PXUnder Consideration
Hello dear PX Community,I think that it would be really useful to have the option of selecting “Dashboard Co-Owners” in PX, especially for companies having more then a few stake holders dedicated to in-product analytics. In my opinion, this “Co-Owner” role should mainly be able to:change Global filters such as time period observed and similar add widgets on the Dashboard but should not be able to delete widgets from the Dashboard which were not added by that same personOne of the benefits of this approach would be, for example, not having to clone every dashboard just to change the time frame on a certain graph. The global filters for PX dashboards are yet to be implemented and I fully agree that they are necessary - posts related to this necessity were written 9+ months ago on link1 and link2. Please let me know was there any progress on these ideas too.I see these two “features” very much related because I would suggest that Dashboard Co-Owners are allowed to change Global filters of
We currently use the PX KC bot for product guidance. It is nice that the content (KC articles, docs, etc.,) is rendered within the PX widget itself. However, when the content has hyperlinks (pointing to external URLs), on clicking them, the user is taken away from the product to a new window or tab. It’d be nice to have those content rendered within the widget itself. Once the user navigates to another window or tab, it’d be difficult for engaging them back to the PX widget especially in the case of many hyperlinks. This can be improved from experience & goal standpoint of PX.
Posting on behalf of customer, Whenever user selects Audience rules in engagement to restrict it to only particular set of audience, it would be displayed to only that set of audience when Triggered by is set to Automatic. Instead if the Triggered by is set to Knowledge Center, the Knowledge center Audience Logic rules overrides the Audience logic of engagement. Example Scenario: If in Engagement audience logic, it is selected to be shown to only particular account users. But in KC bot, if audience logic is set to be shown to all users. In this case, Engagement is being shown to all the users of all accounts. Instead if the engagement is shown to only users who are selected in Engagement audience logic, it would be of great help instead of creating multiple KC bot’s for each required filter at engagement level.
Stepping up the 'UTM Parameters' gameUnder Consideration
Recently we started playing with the ‘UTM Parameters’ feature in the PX which is described in the docs and here on the community forum in one post. What we’ve soon realised is that there isn’t a way to easily drill down inside of the parameters (source, medium, campaign, etc) and check what is the most frequently ‘used’ parameter by our users.Potentially good place to add it, in my opinion, would be in the analytics under a query builder or as a completely separate tool as Funnel, Path Analyzer etc. It could also be added as a new widget in the dashboard which would lead to this new tool.Second idea for improvement isn’t so much about the classifying ‘incoming’ UTM parameters, but the ‘outgoing’ ones. It would be really useful if you would automatically add predefined UTMs to all of our URL links that we’re adding in the Engagements. That way we’d always know who came to our website by clicking on some URL link in Gainsight’s engagements. Currently, we’re forgetting to add UTM’s in maj
Rule that compares 2 fieldsAcknowledged
Hey Team, Speaking with a customer we came across a use case I would like to share here. We are looking at an engagement that they would like to set the audience based on the comparison of 2 fields. example…. if field x is greater that field y… then user should qualify for the engagement. Do we see this as a possibility as a feature request for an upcoming release? -Mike
