Accessibility Enhancements for Knowledge Center BotAcknowledged

Are there any plans for adding accessibility controls to the Knowledge Center Bot widget or Embedded Bot?  Being able to launch the bot from a keyboard stroke is nice but also having the ability to navigate the tabs and articles would be a great enhancement.

Px - Blocking Data for Indentify CallImplemented

Looking for an enhancement to block the sending of all information in the identify call except for the ID’s.  This is needed as we (a customer) wants to provide all data through the API, and block all other data flows.  Contact me for more client details.

Expose the untracked, unmapped, unidentified product pages/features in an organized "unmapped" locationNo Status

Use Case:Our product is particularly deep, offering a LOT of feature customization and capability to savvy customers. That means that the Suggestion Mode mapping isn’t a “complete” look at the structure of our platform, and mapping of the product manually requires a measured and prioritized approach. Without a resource to see the unmapped activity in my product, I don’t know what pages/features aren’t yet uncovered, what kind of activity those product areas are capturing, nor how I should prioritize them.Rationale:Not all product pages or features are equal in priority. That said, the purpose of Gainsight PX is to capture data to determine feature priorities and recognize or uncover usage trends previously unknown. Unfortunately, the Product Mapper requires you to already know what pages and features are a priority (in order for them to be mapped, you have to know/think to map them). Discovering how your customers actually interact with your product includes identifying pages and featu

Ability to add/set a delay before showing an engagement.Acknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer:It would be great to have an option to add/set a delay to an engagement so that it shows up on a specific URL but waits for the user to have been in the application for at least X minutes before it is displayed.

Ability to leverage Gainsight PX notifications in multiple slack channelsAcknowledged

Currently, when we integrate the slack with the Gainsight PX, We are providing only one channel where we can receive the notifications. Can we make it possible to add the multiple slack channels while integrating, so that we can configure like “within each channel establish unique channel specific alerts”.  For Example, USE CASE: I’ll create the multiple slack channels called Engagements channel, Account channel, Audience channel etc. Then While integrating,I want to map  “Engagement related notifications to #Engagement_channel.” “Accounts related notifications to #Account_channel.” “Audience related notifications to #Audience_channel.” “Leads created -> #BDR_Leads.” “Feedback received -> #ProductManagement or #FeatureRequest.”   **With the current design, we can set up only one channel for all the notifications.

Rule that compares 2 fieldsAcknowledged

Hey Team,   Speaking with a customer we came across a use case I would like to share here.   We are looking at an engagement that they would like to set the audience based on the comparison of 2 fields. example…. if field x is greater that field y… then user should qualify for the engagement.     Do we see this as a possibility as a feature request for an upcoming release?     -Mike

SSO Set Up from PX login pageImplemented

Posting on behalf of Customer,In PX, with the current SSO/SAML set up we can login using the IDP, but our PX login page does not redirect users to IDP when SAML authentication is used.This is Currently a limitation and it would be really helpful for most of the customers if we implement a SSO process/set up where the PX login page will be automatically redirecting to the IDP which they have used in SAML Authentication set up.cc: @peppe

Ability to have "Engagement View" as a step in Funnel ReportNo Status

Posting on behalf of a customer: As a user, I would like the ability to make “View or Complete Engagement” as a type of step in the Funnel Report. Seeing the ability to have the Path Analyzer start/end with an engagement made me want to do something similar in the Funnel report. I would like to see a more simple version in Funnel report where I can tell what % of users made it from “View engagement” to “feature 1” to “feature 2”.

Allow the Exclusion of Features or Modules from Path Analyzer displayPartially Fixed

Posting on behalf of a couple customers… It would be great if one could filter out (exclude) specific features or modules from the Path Analyzer report to make it easier to use and provide better insights. Use cases: #1 - We have a large number of custom events that are mapped that are rendering in the Path Analyzer report that I’d like to exclude, but once selected I cannot see a way that would logically exclude the module or feature itself. #2 - In our case, we have plenty of Custom Events triggering with dozens of attributes and I have to create Features from these attributes so that I can keep track of our feature adoption (our app features are tracked as a Custom Event attributes) in the Analytics → Features → Adoption module.But if I create a lot of Features in the PX then I’ll clutter the Path Analyzer and won’t see clearly what’s the exact path of our users through the app. Not all features are equally important that I want them to see in the Path Analyzer, however, they are im

Knowledge Centre Integration with "Freshdesk"Acknowledged

Default new Dashboards to PrivateWorkaround Available

Posting on Behalf of a customer here.   Currently whenever someone in the company creates a test dashboard it's instantly being showed publicly to all users and it leads to confusion and a clutter of dashboards for everyone in the company.   Also when companies are sensitive to who sees what dashboards, it is easy to be unaware of what material is showing in dashboards upon creation.   Suggestion would be to have dashboards private by default and then made public or shared with team members.     -Mike

Ability to change font style/size of the text in speech bubble of the KC BotAcknowledged

Knowledge Center Bot Font CustomizationUnder Consideration

For our use case we really want more customization. For starters we would like to be able to customize the font setting in the knowledge bot to better fit with the rest of our portal. It looks a little strange to have our knowledge center bot and engagements in a different font from everything else.

Knowledge Center Analytics - Include Web LinksAcknowledged

Please include web links in the analytics for the knowledge center. We would like to see how many users click the link for our online help. As a bonus, it would be nice to see which URL they are on when they click it.

Feature request: [Engagement audience] Disabled rule without deleting itNo Status

I’d like to have the ability to disable an audience rule without deleting it. Use case: 1. I have an engagement with many audience rules (e.g. user segment, previous engagements). 2. I want to test it on our staging environment. 3. I don’t want to delete the carefully crafted rules, but I do want to trigger it on staging for testing purposes. As it is now, I’d have to delete/change the rules so the engagement will be triggered and then I’d have to restore those rules after testing before launching.

Number of sessions/visits available for filters in retention analysisNo Status

In our retention analysis, we would like to focus on those users who used the software at least 3 times (to exclude those that log in once to see what it is). However, the number of sessions/visits is not available as a filter in the retention analysis. This would be a nice small enhancement in my opinion.

Integrated Articles ReportingNo Status

Currently, reporting on integrated articles in the Knowledge Center Bot can only be accessed via the UI.  It requires the user to drill down into each individual article to capture which users/accounts actually viewed the articles.Are there any plans on adding integrated article views to the AWS3 reporting or having it accessible via an API call?   Adding this feature would be huge time saver for our team.

PX Integration with SFDC SandboxPlanned

Hi Team, I am reaching out after a recent discussion with a customer. Customer would like to connect PX to a sandbox salesforce environment.   UseCase: Need to Connect the PX with Salesforce Sandbox.   Existing Design: As of now this is not supported and the only integration is with salesforce production.   Can we expect in the near future to be able to connect to a sandbox environment?   Thanks Mike

Clone KC Bot (Knowledge centre bot) to other ProductNot Planned

Hi Everyone, With one of our latest releases in PX, we have got the option to clone the KC Bot. But we can only clone the KC bot to the same product on which it was designed, that means we cannot clone the the KC bot to other products. It would be really helpful and will reduce a lot of manual work if we can clone the KC bot to other product as well.   Thanks, Shireesha.

Better definition of Active UsersAcknowledged

Currently Active users are those who was seen at least once in the last 7 days is really not how we (and I'm sure many other customers) as Active. I wish that there is more sophisticated filterings such as: Last seen at least x days out of the last x days, or number of visit in the last x days is greater than x. The number of visit in the last x days is greater than x seems doable since that data is captured in PX already:

Increase CSV export limit in adoption analyticsNo Status

Posting on behalf of customer:It would be great if we could increase the CSV export limit(currently 10K) in adoption analytics to a higher value. Currently, when ever we have have more that 10K records to be exported we are having to reduce the timeframe to accommodate the export limit.

Ability to send the Survey performance through email automatically.Acknowledged

Currently in PX,  We have the ability to send the reports automatically (weekly/daily) through emails, But this option is limited to only few features. Here is the image, If we add the custom reports also, it is limiting to only Adoption analytics. We cannot add the survey performance or the Email performance as reports. So it would be helpful if we have the ability to add the survey performances also.

Export PX Users With a Specific Permission LevelAcknowledged

Hello everyone,It would be convenient if we would have a way to export a list of all our employees with access to PX and with a specific level of permissions. For example, if we would have a “button” to export all our employees with “Manager permission” for Product Mapper. In the current setup, we would need to click on each and every user to check his/her permission levels and then write it down in a list somewhere on the side.This can be especially useful in case that our PX Admins notice some critical changes which were not planned by them - so they need to investigate who made these changes, why and what else was changed by the same user.

We would like to use our own icons on the Knowledge Center Bot tabs and in front of the engagement entries in the list. Using custom iconswould contribute to making the Knowledge Center Bot really part of the user interface.
