Be able to share a dashboard with people outside of accountAcknowledged

I’d love to be able to create a dashboard and then give viewing access to one of our clients for them to review the data. Is this possible?

Creating Engagement step from scratch with Step buttons at required positionsAcknowledged

Following user post : .Adding few other points: After removing all the contents from code view, below buttons are still getting displayed in the Guide:Above buttons cannot be removed. Also, when trying to modify an existing Guide dialog step and add required content, navigation bar is displayed below as :This is showing navigation buttons as separate entities from the rest of the dialog content.Instead, if they could be added where required by the user, it could be of great help to the user in adding Next and Get Started buttons within the dialog.

Px Authentication for S3Acknowledged

We have a need to more tightly control the access to the S3 bucket for data flowing from Px.  This is due to Security demands.  A single token is not appropriate for this type of data, need more SAML capabilities.  Contact me for customer details.

Bootstrap SupportAcknowledged

Some of our applications use the Bootstrap framework and are therefor already styled to match our brand and design system. It would be nice to be able to use the Bootstrap for containers, backdrops, buttons, etc. instead of having to monkey with HTML/CSS. Advantages for Bootstrap are browser and responsive support, repeatability, and utilization of styling from the host application.

Trigger more than 1 bot per session w/o codeAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer:Trigger more than 1 bot per session (in other words, 1 for URL1 and 1 for all other URLs) without using API or Global Context Use case: There’s a specific beta feature (on a particular URL) we want feedback on. Using the bot would be great for this to gather feedback, but we can’t have that run concurrently with the other more general bot in the same session.

Survey icon optionsAcknowledged

It would be great if we could customise the icons used in the rating and Boolean surveys. I would like to be able to use smileys on a three point rating for instance. It would be great if we could at least have some common icon choices or perhaps use the emoji set or even load in our own svgs.Besides the fact that thumbs up and down can be seen as offensive in some cultures, this would allow us to be more consistent with our branding. ThanksJonathan

Ability to change the filter logic to "OR"Acknowledged

USE CASE: Currently in PX filters, we can only apply a AND logic if we add two or more different types of rules in filters. See the image below, If you see in the above image, if we apply two different types of rules like Users and Accounts, by default the AND logic will be applied. However if we use two rules within one filter like two rules in Users or Two rules in Accounts, we have the ability to change it from AND to OR.But globally, for different types we do not have the ability to change it from AND to OR.It would be really nice to have a filter configurations like we have in the Audience rules of engagements. See below,

Ability to communicate to all people directly who have sent feedback via KC bot.Acknowledged

Posting on behalf of customer:        Currently, when PX user what to communicate with people who have sent feedback via KC bot is little tedious as every time PX user has to copy each email and feedback from UI .      Instead, if there could be a method to send a direct email to people from UI or to copy emails at bulk based on category of feedback and other filters it could ease the process.

Ability to target user with an email engagement based on an email address not stored in the out of the box fieldAcknowledged

Would be great if it was possible to configure our emails so they can be sent to a user via an email not stored in our out of the box email field? For ex: a user has multiple emails in PX (ex: Preferred Email as a custom attribute), would be great if we could target a specific email associated to a user.

Include an option to wait/delay the triggering of any PX Engagement based on elapsed time or # of completed events within the applicationAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer… Use Case: It would be a better user experience if we could allow users to enter the application and do some of their important tasks before we start showing them any non-critical PX Engagements that they may be qualified to view.  Potential Product Enhancement: Include an option to wait/delay the triggering of a PX Engagement so that users have time to do their necessary tasks in the application before being presented with any Engagements. There are (at least) two places this could be implemented…This could potentially be appended to the current Engagement Throttling settings and should be based on elapsed PX session/visit time in the application  (e.g. 3 minutes after a session has started) or # events recorded (e.g. 20 events have been tracked) or # of page views completed (e.g. 10 pages viewed).  This would also continue to allow specific PX Engagement to “ignore” these settings and play in real time as needed.  A sample mockup of these changes to th

Ignore Zero Views Engagements in Path AnalyzerAcknowledged

Use Case:In the Path analyzer, when we select the option “Starting from Engagement”, It gives us a complete list of all the engagements, Including the engagements which were having Zero views or may be never launched.It would be better UX if they would be excluded from the drop-down list because it simply doesn't make sense to even select them since nobody has ever seen them, probably they were never launched either.

Re-usable filters across engagements, Audience, and AnalyticsAcknowledged

We have many engagements and onboarding experiences that use similar filter criteria. For example, we want to filter several engagements by combinations of geography and by another custom attribute, with the geography being not just a single country but multiple countries that receive the same regional experience. The criteria are consistent across engagements and across our analytics, but users may match different elements of our criteria over time.We would like to be able to create reusable sets of filters that we can maintain across Gainsight and import across a few areas, including:Audience dashboard Analytics reports EngagementsRight now, every time we have to modify the criteria for these groups of users, we have to find every single place across several different areas of Gainsight. Given that we have dozens of engagements and are building out more reports, this is both a maintenance nightmare and extremely error-prone due to the amount of manual work and tracking of filter crit

Engagement Completion Dashboard WidgetAcknowledged

I would like to track engagement completion rates on a dashboard. You have this on the engagement analytics page. My current workaround is to add two widgets side by side, one filtered for all views and the other filtered for completions.

Allow for PX Analytics and Dashboards to span across more than one PX Product at a timeAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer… In PX Analytics and Dashboards, one can only view users, accounts, and usage details for one tracked PX Product at a time.  It would be great be able to perform PX Analytics across all tracked PX Products to answer questions such as…How many users/accounts are active across all our tracked products? Which users are using more than one product, and which products do they use? What is the total of Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Weekly Active Users (WAU) across all tracked PX products? Which users/accounts access Product X and Product Y and/or which users access Product X and NOT Product Y?For our PX Customers that also use our Customer Success platform, this can be accomplished using custom CS reports/dashboards with the integrated PX data.  But, it would be great to have the same analytics flexibility for our PX only customers too.

Tracking count of MAU's for company accountAcknowledged

Since PX is charging subscription according to the number of MAU’s, I think it would be extremely useful to have a combined number of MAU’s for our company account shown on some dashboard (perhaps under Administration section).Right now if I want to track number of MAUs for our company and have an idea when we are close to reach another tier, I have to create a separate dashboard for our every product and add them up together in some excel product by product.

Enable modifications to engagements after translationAcknowledged

Currently, after you upload XLIFF files to an engagement to provide translations, you are not allowed to modify the engagement. This means that to modify an engagement after a translation has been put in it, you have to take the following steps:Store the original XLIFF file Remove the translations from the engagement Update the engagement with the changes Re-export a blank XLIFF file Add the translations back into that blank, new XLIFF (likely using a 3rd-party diffing tool like Winmerge or Kdiff3 to facilitate) Re-import the translations.This is a pretty painful process, and means that we can only really upload translations and validate the engagement in other languages once the engagement is really, really done.It would be nice if Gainsight would:Allow editing the engagement after translations have been uploaded. Highlight engagements on the Engagements page that have been updated after they have translations, but that haven’t yet had their XLIFFs updated in one or more languages. Th

[KC Bot] Allow KC Bot Added Engagements to Be Modified of their Engagement Level Configuration, Without Having to remove it from KC Bot.Acknowledged

Posting on Behalf of a Customer, but would say its a good idea also. Today when trying to edit the Engagement used in KC Bot you get below. Its a pretty bad experience where someone has to go back and forth to remove the Engagement from KC Bot, Pause the Engagement, Make Changes, Launch, then readd into KC Bot.  Especially, If a simple change needs to be done, such as fixing a spelling error, or changing the title of a step.  Somewhat related to this community thread:

Ability to upload a CSV for engagement targetingAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer:Currently, I can copy and paste a list of comma separated values (such as emails) into the PX engagement targeting. In order to get this list, I have to have a certain version of Excel or manipulate the list in Sheets. Instead, I would like the ability to simply download the CSV file from another system, then upload to PX and select that I want the engagement to be targeted to the email addresses in the list, for example. Business case: Sometimes, I want to get an engagement out quickly but the targeting I need is in another system. Rather than waiting to get a custom attribute, etc set up, I need to quickly get this information and target it within PX.

Dashboard time range based off times relative to todayAcknowledged

Currently, Gainsight custom dashboards allow you to have time ranges for data for the “Previous X Days or Months”. For example, if you have a dashboard to show the # of Active Users Over the Previous 6 Months, and it’s July 23rd, it will show the data from January 1st to June 30th. This is great for showing historical, non-live data, but is not great for monitoring or showing stakeholders the current state of your application activity.We would like it if Gainsight had a “Last X Days or Months” filter, that would populate it with data relative to today and update that date range every day, ideally inclusive with the current date. With this filters, the # of Active Users Over the Previous 6 Months on July 23rd, it would be January 23rd to July 23rd. When you log in again on the 25th, it would be January 25th to July 25th.As it is, we are considering using Domo (which does have this filtering) for most of our product dashboards, and are unsure how to get the best use out of it.
