Ensure entities used as targets in engagements live in production cannot be changed.No Status

While you have the permissions granular enough to limit those who can launch engagements into production, there are several areas that users can impact engagements already live in production without knowing. This is a very big concern for security. Updating segments, product mapper, and audience will directly impact any engagement that uses it with no approval process and without the permission to launch engagements to production. We need a way to ensure ANY impact to production engagements is controlled by the production launcher. In addition, with this, there is no way to test changes to segments or product mappings without risk to live engagements. We would have to create a copy of the targets and maybe the entire engagement (not sure, have to test) in order to make changes to the targets. This is a lot of additional work and risk.

Add chart to Adoption Report emailNo Status

Improvements to control category behaviour in Adoption Report chart sectionNo Status

The current bar chart (as well as the line/donut) chart in the Adoption report is capped at showing 10 categories - I assume top 10 numerical values from ‘Measured by’. Improvements to this chart include any of the following:control the number of legend entries sum the remaining categories into ‘other’ display ALL legend entries on the x-axis Interactivity that allows selecting a specific bar to filter the underlying Events/user table control individual legend colours

Add Audience 'Group By' in chart legend for Query BuilderNo Status

Support has confirmed that the current product design does NOT allow the Audience ‘Group By’ to be displayed on the chart legend - only the Events ‘Group By’ is shown. This is apparently by design but makes the charts legend unreadable when both Event and Audience grouping is used as it is impossible to distinguish which audience group is associated with a specific line or bar: Both Event and Audience ‘Group By’ used Only Event group shown in legend > the Audience group can be seen in the table (and on hover over the chart data) but not in the legend

Allow map widget to use other field than inferred countryNo Status

I want to be able to specify what field to use as location for map widgets.We have “Enable IP masking” enabled in our PX instance due to requirements around Personal Identifiable Information.We do collect country, but it’s in a different field. Currently none of our map widgets work because it is mapped to ‘Inferred Country’.

Funnel Reports - Adding "Number Of Total Times the Feature/Event was used" conditionNo Status

Hello everyone,Consider some usual feature adoption funnel:Exposed to the feature Activated feature usage Recognized the value of this feature Adopted the featureWith the current options we have in Gainsight PX for funnel reports, we don’t see an elegant way of creating this kind of adoption funnel. There are two usual ways of defining what it means that “the user adopted the feature” -  either by counting the number of times this feature was used by the user or considering that the feature was adopted only if the user uses it over a longer period of time.In other words, there are two main options for setting up conditions on features and custom events that are missing here:the option to set the number of total times that the feature or custom event was used/triggered (greater then x, equal to x...) the option to set up a condition on the time interval when this feature was used - for example, in the “adopted stage” of the funnel (last stage) we should find only the users which trigger

Use product tree values when mapping engagementsNo Status

Currently we can’t access the product mapper tree values while mapping steps in engagements. It would be very helpful to have a way to reuse the already defined product features/events, rather than needing to redefine the same things using CSS selectors in-app.

Include "Allow Contact Me" section in Survey Performance CSV ExportNo Status

When exporting results for Survey Performance, the “Allow Contact Me” field does not show there. This would be helpful/efficient when trying to disperse the survey results to other teams to reach out to customers.

XLIFF Replacement of Default Language "en"No Status

Here is the use case. We have a standard engagement for system disruption. This engagement has about 75 total characters. When there is an issue, this engagement receives an XLIFF file with details on the disruption AND then an ACTIVE API call to launch the engagement.  Our issue management system sends out an SMS notification, email notification, and API notification  to multiple users and system. However, the Gainsight PX API errors out when importing ANY XLIFF file with a target language that includes the trunk of the default language at creation. This means we can update the message for EVERY OTHER language but the default language set at creation of the engagement.Allowance for XLIFF replacement of the default language, would allow for easy update to the context of the engagement without having to rebuild an engagement for each new message. A workaround has been to change the default language to an obscure language, create the template, and then change the default back to en, zh,

Guide Preview Starting From Any StepNo Status

Hi everyone,We feel that it would be really great if you would make it possible to preview guide engagements starting from any step of the same guide. In the current setup, each time that we want to preview our guides, we need to go back to the starting page (on which the starting step is mapped).I believe that we’ve all went through some fights with our guide engagements as well as we all lost our heads at least once while trying to find out “why is it breaking here?”. It’s a learning process. But this learning process and the customer experience as such would be way better if we would be able to fix the problematic step and then to relaunch the guide to continue walking us through from that exact step which we fixed to the last step of the guide.There is also the use case when you are presenting to your internal teams the guide which you just made. And imagine that, unexpectedly, the guide breaks somewhere in the middle during this presentation. You would probably unlink the problema

ToC within Knowledge Center DocumentationNo Status

Hello folks - I’m looking to implement an FAQ within our KCB (yay acronyms) and I’d like to include a table of contents within the document, to allow for ease of navigation as these docs may sometimes be a bit long. Here’s what I mean: Something like this, but not this. The items in this list are insane. This would allow users to navigate to the parts that they want, and pivot back to actually doing things within the application.  Is there a clean way to do this currently, that I’m just missing? Gainsight PX Mobile ApplicationNo Status

A lot of people within my organization believe being able to access our Gainsight PX data directly on our phones from either the ios or android store would be helpful for quick information as well as easy to access. Just having the basic analytics and filtering capabilities would be helpful for our employees to track and view data.

Survey Enhancements - Text boxes, open text fields, & formattingNo Status

Hi Folks,I have a few enhancement requests for surveys that I would like to share: For each survey that we create we are required to add a legal disclosure statement. We would love it if we could add additional text boxes to every engagement type so that we can have our question on the top and then the legal disclosure on the bottom. Currently there is no option for this across any of the survey types. This results in very cramped and kludgy looking surveys with the text boxes looking extremely busy. We would also like the ability to include additional open-text questions to surveys where needed. We are finding it difficult to repurpose survey requests/survey copy when we receive a request that does not 100% fall within Gainsight’s only option for a particular survey type. If possible we would also like to see options for the open-text fields. For example, if we receive an NPS score of 0-3 or 9-10 we ask for additional comment. If a customer responds with a score of 4-8 we simply thank

Filter PX survey views & view list of specific user viewsNo Status

Request: Right now, you’re able to see the aggregate survey views in Survey Performance Report, however, you’re not able to see who those specific users who viewed were AND the # of views is not filterable. Use case: Filtering out internal user views, or filter by persona

Ability to select additional information on contact eventsNo Status

When I view events on a contact there is a menu that pops up when I hover over it showing additional information. I am only able to view this information though. It would be great if I had a way to dive deeper into the data and select a line so I could copy and paste it into another application for troubleshooting.

Export/Import CSV file of Product MapNo Status

Customers want to perform an audit of their product. It’d be helpful to export a spreadsheet or CSV file of all the features with their associated feature rules. Then, we can make changes on the CSV and import back into PX with updated mappings.

[Salesforce Integration] For Field Search Within Mapping Area Use Starts With Search Over ContainsNo Status

Posting on Behalf of a customer. When a search value is brought into below.The results are returning any values that “contain” the input search value. It is desired for the search to return results based on “starts with” to make the results more relevant and make it easier/quicker to find needed fields to map.

[PX Webhooks] Send More Information for the Rating and NPS Survey WebhookNo Status

For the Rating Webhook we send 3 posts:One is event.interaction":"SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED"One is "event.interaction":"COMPLETED"One is event.interaction":"VIEWED" SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED looks to contain the full data such as rating and comments. However the "COMPLETED" one carries null for rating and comments. Not quite sure if SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED is only sent for completed Ratings Survey, if not then this be reason "COMPLETED" should carry these details. For NPS Survey we send one post:event.interaction":"SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED" There is one flag that is not passed in the webhook where someone answers “It is ok to contact me”. Would like to get that added to get the full data.

Using Rest API to Update Engagement TextNo Status

Hello, We have been exploring different ways to update and manage engagements outside of Gainsight via the Rest API.  We were hoping to utilize the Rest API to push transcript updates to engagements by uploading XLIFFs but found we do not have the ability to push updates for the default language set in Gainsight.Can Gainsight add the ability to update the default language via XLIFF upload?  Or is there another API call that can be utilized to update the text within an engagement?

Filter Audience Explorer by In app survey date rangeNo Status

Posting on behalf of a PX customer…It’d be great if we can get a list of users who VIEWED a survey in a given time frame. We have the total # of views, but not the actual list of users. You can either add this in the Survey Performance Report OR allow a filter for this in Audience Explorer. Thank you!

Integrated Articles ReportingNo Status

Currently, reporting on integrated articles in the Knowledge Center Bot can only be accessed via the UI.  It requires the user to drill down into each individual article to capture which users/accounts actually viewed the articles.Are there any plans on adding integrated article views to the AWS3 reporting or having it accessible via an API call?   Adding this feature would be huge time saver for our team.

Engagement Analytics - Ability to see amount of time spent on each engagement stepNo Status

For multi step engagements like Guides and Sliders, I would love to be able to see the amount of time a user spends on each step. This would be especially helpful for knowing how long a GIF should be/how complex the content should be. If I can see that users are spending 10 seconds per step, that will help me make decisions on the engagement content for each step.
