New badge count feature for the Knowledge Center Bot should consider newly added articlesAcknowledged

I saw that Gainsight recently released a badge count feature for newly added engagements to a knowledge center bot (great feature, thank you!). I’d like to request this new feature be enhanced to use for newly added articles to the knowledge center bot as well.In the meantime, I have turned on the badge count feature and will only be adding engagements to the bot for now, so our users will know when any new content is available. In other words, I will use a dialog engagement to let users know of a new article and provide a link over to it. This experience has the same # of clicks to get to the article, so it’s a win all the way around.

Enable changes on CSS tab of engagements after translation state has been set to 'Ready for Translation'Acknowledged

When the translation state of an engagement has been set to ‘Ready for translation’ not only the text of the engagement is locked, but also the entries on the CSS tab. As these apply to all localizations and are not part of the export files for the localizations they shouldn’t be locked.

Allow to set a font for languagesAcknowledged

In our engagements we use fonts that are not suitable for Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc. We would like to set the fonts to be used for these languages centrally on the Localization tab in the Settings. There, it should be possible to set the fonts used for certain languages, possibly in combination with labels. It should also be possible to set a default font-family used in all other cases.

Localization - Review export/import option for source language textsAcknowledged

Hi,In our Globalization department, all our source texts have to go through a review process before they are sent out for translation. It would be very useful if Gainsight offered an option to export the source language content of engagements and to re-import the revised content. In this context, it would also be great if you implemented a new state indicating that the content is out for review - ‘Review in progress’ or the like - or if you gave us the possibility to create new states on our own.Thank you and best regards,Katharina

[KC Bot] Please Include a Device Filter for KC Bot Like EngagementsAcknowledged

Posting on Behalf of a customer. Currently with Engagements we can filter on Device. However, for the KC Bot, option is not available. There has been a report that KC Bot doesn’t show that well on the mobile version of a Webpage, hence the need to not show it.

Posting this on behalf of customer:Currently, we cannot change the font styles/size of the text in the speech bubble of the KC Bot. It would be great if we have this functionality to adjust the text in the speech bubble as per requirement. Thanks.

Ability to show-up the tooltip when user hovers over the required elementAcknowledged

        Currently, we cannot trigger an engagement when user hovers over any of the UI element on their end application.        This can be achieved using a badge. But one of the client doesn’t want to put badge over their application and wants to display the tooltip when user hovers over the required UI element.        It would be really helpful if could incorporate such feature in our product.

Push email notifications for survey feedbackAcknowledged

Hi Everyone, I wanted to see if there was a way to receive an email at the beginning of each day (similar to the usage ones we get) which would alert us to any survey responses. This could really help us as we develop our tools further and if we are actively looking for testimonials we could really use that alert to help us log back into Gainsight and possibly strike up a conversation relatively soon after a response is submitted to show that their thoughts are fresh in our mind.

Improvement to rendering content in KC bot widgetAcknowledged

We currently use the PX KC bot for product guidance. It is nice that the content (KC articles, docs, etc.,) is rendered within the PX widget itself. However, when the content has hyperlinks (pointing to external URLs), on clicking them, the user is taken away from the product to a new window or tab. It’d be nice to have those content rendered within the widget itself. Once the user navigates to another window or tab, it’d be difficult for engaging them back to the PX widget especially in the case of many hyperlinks. This can be improved from experience & goal standpoint of PX.

Flexibility in setting logical operators between rulesAcknowledged

Hello everyone,I would like to have more flexibility in Audience Logic when defining the criteria for our engagements. Currently, the only option for setting logical operators between rules is to choose a global “AND” or “OR” operator for all the chosen rules.EXAMPLE:I want to show our engagement to all the users satisfying the following criteria:(UserId is on a certain list OR the User triggered a Custom Event) AND (User visited URL)where Users, Custom Events and URL are different Rules in Audience Logic.In other words I want to show our engagement to all the users which have visited a certain URL and which satisfy at least one of the conditions in brackets (their ID is on a list of IDs OR they triggered a certain event).Maybe you can apply a logic similar to the one for “Group&Prioritize Engagements” which you announced in the last PX Release Notes - maybe Rules in Audience Logic can be grouped too in some similar way (which would then allow to insert group logical operators whil

Improved PX User Profile Page and MetricsAcknowledged

It would be great to improve the standard PX User Profile to include more data points as well as additional Activity/Engagement date filtering options. You can get many of these metrics in the various PX Dashboards and Analytics, but having them in one place provides a quick/simple “PX User 360” view. I have mocked up some of these new metrics and changes below, but I am sure that other have many more great ideas to improve this screen in PX.  So, feel free to add your comments and additional suggestions below.  Thanks!

Need Insight Into Engagement Sampling, Be Able to Export Assigned Groups For an Account/userAcknowledged

Posting on Behalf of a Customer. Engagements can be scheduled to fire on sampling groups. Per our docs, account/user are added to the groups automatically. At times when the analytics may look low or high, for a given “group”, it be good to see how many people and who are in groups 1-10 for example and have that avalible for export.

Ability for users to search for articles created in PXAcknowledged

With the current product design this is not possible, you can only search the articles from the knowledge base in the Bot.  We want to create articles/link to articles in PX and then have the user search for these. Directly added articles should be listed higher than KB ones.

Dialog hold for guide engagementsAcknowledged

Hello, I would like to submit an enhancement idea regarding dialogs that are within guide engagements. Currently standalone dialogs have the ability to appear after a delay, but the same functionality does not exist for dialogs in a guide. If possible, it would be great to see that option ported over to dialog steps within guides so, for example, that we can prevent dialogs from appearing before a new page loads on an application. Thank you!

Hide Disabled/Unavailable Attributes in Audience Explorer User ProfileAcknowledged

When viewing the full profile of Current implementation is a strike-through attributes that are turned-off/disabled and labels with no values. Our preference would be to hide those attributes from view if they are null or disabled and possibly have a toggle to show them. Users who have no control or experience in the platform will be tripping over the extra data points and may be confused between Visitor and Account.

Support for cross Product PX EngagementsAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer…The use case that one of our customers asked me about is… Can they build one PX Engagement (e.g. updated terms of service) that is linked to ALL PX Products, which would be shown only 1 time to any user that accessed any of their PX tracked products?  My add-on comment/workaround… Currently, this is not possible/supported in PX and our customers must build a separate PX Engagement for each PX Product.  However, they want to avoid showing the same Engagement (e.g. updated terms of service) to the same user each time they access a different Product, which makes very good sense.  One thought that I had, which would require the user to take some action (click a link/button) the first time that they see the Engagement, would be to use the method described in my previous PX Community post Tip of the Week: Using a PX Dialog Engagement to collect additional information from your users to store on their PX User Profile to update an Attribute on the PX User’s prof

Use Survey Response To Update Attribute in PXAcknowledged

My customers often want to survey their users in order to have them self-select certain attributes.  It would be great to be able to map their responses back to the User or Account attribute fields in PX.  For example, “What describes your level of experience with XYZ” and then write the value “Beginner” back to the User Custom Attribute “Experience Level”.

[Guide - Hotspot] Be able to Modify Hotspot Color Via CSSAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a Customer. It is found that the hotspot color doesn’t quite respond to back-ground color declarations when attempted to be modified within the CSS tab, although it should apply as the same class name is tagged to the hotspot element. Upon further investigation, hotspot seems to have its own CSS and doesn’t apply the CSS styles mentioned in the PX Guide Engagement Editor “CSS” tab for the particular step. Although we can modify the background color via the “Editor” tab, it be nice for the “CSS” tab to allow custom styles. It would help customers to get more flexibility. If a “CSS” custom CSS conflicts with “Editor” setting, we can include a caution sign saying “This element is being overriden by “CSS” tab CSS”.

Improvement to PX KC bot user friendlinessAcknowledged

There have been some improvements made to the KC bot based on the previous request:“I would want my users to have the ability to drag the bot around the UI as they are working. They may need to refer to documentation as they are working on our product and would like to refer to it as they are working. “ The released and the current behavior isn’t that UX-friendly and helpful based on the user needs. Issues:1. KC bot can’t be resized and it blocks much of the UI2. The dragging behavior doesn't let the actual bot widget to be moved around. It is either presented in the left or right part of UI, as configured. That’s it! Re-iterating the request that meets the user experience needs and the user goals.We want the users to have the ability to1. resize the bot window so that it doesn’t block much of their “work area” in the UI2. move it around the UI along with the bubble enabling dragging to any part of the page

Ability to limit the the number of users in an account to take surveysAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of customer:       Currently, in engagements users can be filtered based on Rules in Audience logic.       But one of the client wants to limit the submission of surveys to only one user per account. For suppose, if one user from the account submits the survey, then the survey should not be shown to other users within that account. But the same cannot be implemented with the available set of rules in Audience logic.       It would be helpful, if there could be such filters to show survey to only certain number of users with in each account.

Be able to copy/paste items in fieldsAcknowledged

When I’m working on multiple engagements, I often want to copy/paste items in a field on one engagement to another without cloning the entire engagement. I’d love to be able to copy anything I have added to an audience field by highlighting it, then copying and pasting to another field.

Creating Engagement step from scratch with Step buttons at required positionsAcknowledged

Following user post : .Adding few other points: After removing all the contents from code view, below buttons are still getting displayed in the Guide:Above buttons cannot be removed. Also, when trying to modify an existing Guide dialog step and add required content, navigation bar is displayed below as :This is showing navigation buttons as separate entities from the rest of the dialog content.Instead, if they could be added where required by the user, it could be of great help to the user in adding Next and Get Started buttons within the dialog.

Px Authentication for S3Acknowledged

We have a need to more tightly control the access to the S3 bucket for data flowing from Px.  This is due to Security demands.  A single token is not appropriate for this type of data, need more SAML capabilities.  Contact me for customer details.
