When using the bot, give users the ability to paste in screenshots and also allow attachmentsAcknowledged

For the bot to be a useful support and product idea tool it needs to have the ability for users to paste in screenshots in the message body as well as supporting attachment of files. We’re getting great engagement from our customers through the bot, but the lack of ability for users to show us their problem or suggestion visually or through files is creating extra steps in the feedback support process since we have to ask them to email them.

Account as SCOPE in Funnel/Path AnalyzerAcknowledged

Hi Everyone, With the current design of PX, we can only have either Session or User as a scope while creating Funnel/Path analyzer reoprts. But most of the B2B companies would be having large amount of user base and it will be difficult to analyze the reports with User scope. So having the Account field as one of the scope, will reduce time and effort. ​​    Thanks, Shireesha

Expose Global Context Data In Query Builder and in UIAcknowledged

Global Context is a great idea but it would be much more useful to be able to use it in the Query Builder, in the Audience Explorer (view it in Recent Activity Details), or in Engagement Analytics.    What are the plans to expose this valuable information throughout the product?

Feature request: dialog audience based on survey scoreImplemented

I wanted to create a dialog directed to those who scored us low on an NPS survey we previously sent out, but I was surprised to see this option doesn't exist (yet). For now you can only use Survey scores as an audience rule for email engagements. It might be an idea to introduce this for all engagements?

Able to delete/change the ownership of the dashboards of a deleted userImplemented

Hi All,Use case 1:A user who created some dashboards left the company and that user has been deleted from PX Instance. So now the dashboards are showing as orphan dashboards and no one has the ability to delete or edit those dashboards. Use Case 2:How do I delete a dashboard Created by other Users?So it will be helpful if the ability to edit or delete All dashboards is provided to Administrator in the above two cases.Use Case 3:We can delete a product even if there is a dashboard built on it, however, the screen goes blank if we try to open the dashboard of deleted products.So it will be helpful, if this can also be handled. Regards,R Satheesh

Build a segment to satisfy both "number of visits" and "last seen" conditions for one particular feaAcknowledged

Use case: We need to track the user event data in "last 30days" along with the "number of visits having 3". In current scenario, while using "number of visits" condition we cannot track the data for particular timeslot. As it is displaying the entire data which satisfies the "number of visits" condition irrespective of timeslot. Currently when we use "number of visits" condition in the Audience explorer(Product mapper), it isn't considering the defined timeslot (last seen condition). The event is popping when the "number of visits" condition satisfies. Can we make this audience rule to satisfy both conditions? For eg: rule 1: Feature - is - "#abc" Last seen - lessthan - "30 days" rule 2: Feature - is - "#abc" Number of visits - greater than - "3" Can we make this work?

Ability to "Show Mapped" Features in Product Mapper on top of UIResponse from Customer

Sharing this idea/request on behalf of a customer: As a user, I would like the ability to be able to see what is mapped on a particular page in my product when I am in the context of my product. For comparison, something similar is available when creating a Guide engagement.  This would help improve the Product Mapping experience so that I can visually see what has been mapped, rather than referring to a list in the product tree.

Webhook / Zapier integrationImplemented

We have multipe cases that would benefit from some sort of webhook or Zapier integration. Ideally the webhook would act both as input for engagements (to be defined in the audience selector) and can be set as an action based on engagement response (behaviour based completion action). Case examples:Send feedback from customers to platform x (e.g. Surveymonkey or Google Sheets) Trigger engagement in case of extended trials or billing issues Integration for Marketing automation campaigns (e.g. from Marketo)  etc..

Ability to expand "Other" category in Path Analyzer reportsAcknowledged

In Path Analyzer when the threshold value is set to “0”, report displays top 9 features and everything else will be categorized as “Other”. It would be helpful if there is an ability to expand the “other” category to see what features are included.

Hide user details from PX usage reportsAcknowledged

Daily/weekly usage reports that gets sent to PX users includes sensitive information like name, email address. Allow admins the ability to hide this information from usage reports.

Adding filters to Engagement Analytics (In-App Performance)Acknowledged

Currently in Analytics (Engagement performances), "Add filters" options is limited to only "Survey performance". Can we make this feature(add filters) available for "In-App performance" also. If we want to apply features, we can add widget in dashboard of particular engagement,but the downside is It will display only one graph. Having a filter at the In-App performance would be helpful to take out the non-applicable users in the numbers of who viewed the individual slides in the slider.

Conditional survey stepsPlanned

Background: We’d like to track additional data for negative user sentiment. In this case, my goal is to make PX show users a step with a free textbox only if their NPS rating was 1-4. If the user clicks 5 or above, they'd like to show a step that says 'Thank you for your feedback!'. Target flow: Step 1: Rating survey; user clicks rating Step 2: If user chose 1-4, show a textbox asking for feedback on negative experience. If user chose 5-10, skip this step Step 3: Thank user for feedback  Problem: We believe that if the rating selection and feedback box (steps 1 and 2) are combined into the same step, users will change their answers when they see the label above the feedback box ask them why they gave a negative response. Because of this, PX’s dynamic label offering does not solve the problem. Request: Create multi-step surveys that show users different steps based on their ratings.

Hi All, I wondered if anyone has been able to do a structured survey? I know that we have a lot of options available within Gainsight PX but we aren’t able to branch off to follow on questions based around a previous response. So my Idea/Example is: How do you find the tool?        - Option A = Trigger Question 2.1                                                      - Option B = Trigger Question 2.2                                                      - Option C = Trigger Question 2.3 I hope that makes sense, I know we are able to do surveys like this within SurveyMonkey allowing us to change the sequence of questions depending on their previous choice. I also didnt know if we can create an engagement which launches based on their survey responses?So if someone scores a feature low in a survey, we can trigger a follow up guide or pop-up to educate the user on the features a bit better (so technically they’ve highlighted their struggles and we’re now holding their hand through a new on

Knowledge Center Bot Analytics & Article ViewsImplemented

Posting on behalf of a customer - It would be great to have analytics on the Knowledge Bot. The use case is that they have Zendesk integration with the knowledge base. Having the ability to see which articles are being viewed, for example, would allow for better insights on where customers/users need help on. CC @mickey

KC Bot integrate with Intercom ChatPlanned

Lots of apps use Intercom for user > business chat and do not want the KC bot icon to double up next to it. It would be great to be able to enable Intercom chat within the KC Bot.

Improvement to PX KC bot user friendlinessAcknowledged

There have been some improvements made to the KC bot based on the previous request:“I would want my users to have the ability to drag the bot around the UI as they are working. They may need to refer to documentation as they are working on our product and would like to refer to it as they are working. “ The released and the current behavior isn’t that UX-friendly and helpful based on the user needs. Issues:1. KC bot can’t be resized and it blocks much of the UI2. The dragging behavior doesn't let the actual bot widget to be moved around. It is either presented in the left or right part of UI, as configured. That’s it! Re-iterating the request that meets the user experience needs and the user goals.We want the users to have the ability to1. resize the bot window so that it doesn’t block much of their “work area” in the UI2. move it around the UI along with the bubble enabling dragging to any part of the page

Survey Enhancements - Text boxes, open text fields, & formattingNo Status

Hi Folks,I have a few enhancement requests for surveys that I would like to share: For each survey that we create we are required to add a legal disclosure statement. We would love it if we could add additional text boxes to every engagement type so that we can have our question on the top and then the legal disclosure on the bottom. Currently there is no option for this across any of the survey types. This results in very cramped and kludgy looking surveys with the text boxes looking extremely busy. We would also like the ability to include additional open-text questions to surveys where needed. We are finding it difficult to repurpose survey requests/survey copy when we receive a request that does not 100% fall within Gainsight’s only option for a particular survey type. If possible we would also like to see options for the open-text fields. For example, if we receive an NPS score of 0-3 or 9-10 we ask for additional comment. If a customer responds with a score of 4-8 we simply thank

Dashboard time range based off times relative to todayAcknowledged

Currently, Gainsight custom dashboards allow you to have time ranges for data for the “Previous X Days or Months”. For example, if you have a dashboard to show the # of Active Users Over the Previous 6 Months, and it’s July 23rd, it will show the data from January 1st to June 30th. This is great for showing historical, non-live data, but is not great for monitoring or showing stakeholders the current state of your application activity.We would like it if Gainsight had a “Last X Days or Months” filter, that would populate it with data relative to today and update that date range every day, ideally inclusive with the current date. With this filters, the # of Active Users Over the Previous 6 Months on July 23rd, it would be January 23rd to July 23rd. When you log in again on the 25th, it would be January 25th to July 25th.As it is, we are considering using Domo (which does have this filtering) for most of our product dashboards, and are unsure how to get the best use out of it.

Ability to show-up the tooltip when user hovers over the required elementAcknowledged

        Currently, we cannot trigger an engagement when user hovers over any of the UI element on their end application.        This can be achieved using a badge. But one of the client doesn’t want to put badge over their application and wants to display the tooltip when user hovers over the required UI element.        It would be really helpful if could incorporate such feature in our product.

Need Insight Into Engagement Sampling, Be Able to Export Assigned Groups For an Account/userAcknowledged

Posting on Behalf of a Customer. Engagements can be scheduled to fire on sampling groups. Per our docs, account/user are added to the groups automatically. At times when the analytics may look low or high, for a given “group”, it be good to see how many people and who are in groups 1-10 for example and have that avalible for export.

Wanting to change text on button of first slide of an Engagement.No Status

We were speaking with a customer earlier today who would like the ability to change the text of buttons in an engagement. The below exampe is the first slide of a guide and in this use case they would like the text to read "Show Me". At this point I understand that this is hardcoded in the product, but in the future we would like to be able to edit text for all buttons. Allow Engagement Audience logic to override KC bot Audience logic if used in KC botNo Status

Posting on behalf of customer,          Whenever user selects Audience rules in engagement to restrict it to only particular set of audience, it would be displayed to only that set of audience when Triggered by is set to Automatic.          Instead if the Triggered by is set to Knowledge Center, the Knowledge center Audience Logic rules overrides the Audience logic of engagement.          Example Scenario: If in Engagement audience logic, it is selected to be shown to only particular account users. But in KC bot, if audience logic is set to be shown to all users. In this case, Engagement is being shown to all the users of all accounts.           Instead if the engagement is shown to only users who are selected in Engagement audience logic, it would be of great help instead of creating multiple KC bot’s for each required filter at engagement level.

Posting on behalf of a customer:    In Audience and Account Explorer, you can see the number of visits per account and per user.  As a user, I would like the ability to filter any report or widget by the number of visits. For example, I may not want to target a user who has only been to the product once. Right now, I can sort Audience and Account Explorer by visits, but I cannot filter.  There is another similar request that is focused specifically on Retention Analysis.

Globally update an image within all localized versions of an engagementNo Status

Sometimes we need to send content for translation before we have final images for an engagement. It would be helpful and save time to be able to globally update an image within all localized versions of an engagement instead of having to replace/upload for every language.
