Ability to change font style/size of the text in speech bubble of the KC BotAcknowledged

Posting this on behalf of customer:Currently, we cannot change the font styles/size of the text in the speech bubble of the KC Bot. It would be great if we have this functionality to adjust the text in the speech bubble as per requirement. Thanks.

Allow the Exclusion of Features or Modules from Path Analyzer displayPartially Fixed

Posting on behalf of a couple customers… It would be great if one could filter out (exclude) specific features or modules from the Path Analyzer report to make it easier to use and provide better insights. Use cases: #1 - We have a large number of custom events that are mapped that are rendering in the Path Analyzer report that I’d like to exclude, but once selected I cannot see a way that would logically exclude the module or feature itself. #2 - In our case, we have plenty of Custom Events triggering with dozens of attributes and I have to create Features from these attributes so that I can keep track of our feature adoption (our app features are tracked as a Custom Event attributes) in the Analytics → Features → Adoption module.But if I create a lot of Features in the PX then I’ll clutter the Path Analyzer and won’t see clearly what’s the exact path of our users through the app. Not all features are equally important that I want them to see in the Path Analyzer, however, they are im

Allow More Customizability in PX DashboardsUnder Consideration

It would be great to have more customizability within PX dashboards. Currently, the built-in widgets are very limited on how they can be configured and customized. I’d love to have the ability to change the size of the widgets, the display, the colors, etc. Furthermore, I’d love for the ability to add Google sheets and other documents into the dashboard. Text boxes would also be great in order to expand on the widget and offer clarity where needed. The use case is to have all PX-related information in one place, on a single dashboard, to make it easier for consumption and visibility.Thanks!

FontAwesome IconsCurrent Functionality

We are licensed for FontAwesome and would like to use those icon sets as opposed to images or Gainsight’s defaults as available. FontAwesome is one of the most popular and most used web fonts and is used for the purpose of iconography.

Allow the localization/translation of PX Engagements to Arabic, Hebrew, and other right to left languagesAcknowledged

Engagement that shows continuously until user completesPlanned

I'm running an engagement to draw attention to a new menu item in our product.I want to show a hotspot (linked to a tooltip) each time the user sees the new menu item, and only stop when they complete the engagement.This would seem a common use case - but PX doesn’t support it.

Ability to add Milestone Flags to Graphs, Charts, ReportsNo Status

PROBLEM We may notice a bump or spike in activity of some kind, but don't have a way to easily show WHY it happened. Maybe the CS team recommended a customer perform some changes, maybe the product team released new capabilities. Would be great to be able to optionally visualize this. SOLUTION Have a free-form "milestones" section that functions much like the Product Mapper (from a hierarchy perspective). These "Modules" are places that people can put milestones (title, short description, date). From within a report, a user can easily enable visualizing a "module" and any milestones below it would show for any date-based charts. Could be a simple flag pole on the chart with a title, and when you hover over it it provides the description. VALUE Easily see exactly WHAT caused the change in adoption, retention, utilization, or any other chart-based graph. See something weird in a graph? Differentiate ACTIVE and INACTIVE usersResponse from Customer

Hi Guys,I would love to be able to deactivate a user from future engagements if I know they have left their role which they have a subscription for. At the moment we target engagements based around company names (so Annie’s Apple Shack) but if I know that 3 members of that business have left, they still remain present on Gainsight as we have no way of alerting Gainsight to their departure and they still come receive unnecessary emails/spam. Would a monthly data-upload of all active users help that? if we populate a field to state ACTIVE or INACTIVE we can have that as a filter…..?

Generate URL to launch an Engagement from a Link.No Status

I was speaking with a customer earlier who would like the ability to generate a link for an engagement to then be able to launch Engaggement via a link. As of now the only way to show an engagement on demand is by using the Knowledge Center Bot. This has come up a few times now, do we see in the future being able to launch Engagement from a link?

KC Bot - add multiple sourcesImplemented

A customer has a  KC bot enabled. Now they want to embed their help as a search source (google). There are different helps for different editions of the product and user types and they use the Google docs article search option to define the source(s). They would like to be able to set different sources for different bots as today, they can only define the sources globally.

[Zendesk Requests Feature] KC Bot : Allow For Sending Of Custom Field On Ticket CreationAcknowledged

It is found for certain ticket default forms, different fields are marked as required when creating a ticket in Zendesk. Although the “Zendesk Requests” feature can directly create Zendesk tickets after a feedback is submitted in KC Bot, request from PX fail Zendesk validation due to x required field, as PX typically sends subject and description. Given the PX config isn’t able to config additional custom fields to send to Zendesk, it be nice to have that function to cater the different required fields customers have.

Date Filter to end at TODAYNo Status

My Onboarding team thought it would be useful to be abel to create custom dynamic date ranged that go from a specificed start date to (TODAY). This way the filters, widgets, reports, would always be up-to-date. The predefined timeframes do this, but the fexibiliy of any start date until today, would be helpful.

Tracking the statistics of articles in KC botImplemented

Hello team and @harshibanka ,   It would be better to track the stats of the articles that which are being viewed. It would be nice if we can also track which article is being opened quite often and maximum times and which article is being opened minimum.  Presently we only track the stats of the engagements in the KC bot but not the articles in the KC bot.    thanks, Avinash.

Ability to track Every Feedback when using EVERY TIME Qualification scope in Surveys.Acknowledged

USE CASE: I have a multi Question Survey Engagement which I have launched with a feature being used right now and Qualification Scope Every time. So I would like to collect the feedback every time when the user clicks on the button feature. But Here, We will display the engagement every time when the feature is used, But we only collect the feedback once per session.  That means if user submits 3 feedbacks with in a single session, We only consider one. Which is not a reliable Every time Qualification Scope. when we are displaying the Engagement every time, PX should also collect feedbacks every time. Number of Users as filtering optionAcknowledged

USE CASE: With the current PX design, we don’t have the ability to use the “Number of users and Number of visits” attributes as the filtering fields(In account filters). Even though they are standard/default attributes, we cannot use them in filters. So it would be difficult if we have to filter out some customers/accounts who have more than certain number (x number) of users.  For e.g: I want to filter out accounts who have more than 100 users. This can be achieved only if we can filter out by using the “Number of users” attribute as a field in Account filters. Here is the sample image,

Knowledge Centre Integration with "Intercom"Under Consideration

Clone KC Bot (Knowledge centre bot) to other ProductNot Planned

Hi Everyone, With one of our latest releases in PX, we have got the option to clone the KC Bot. But we can only clone the KC bot to the same product on which it was designed, that means we cannot clone the the KC bot to other products. It would be really helpful and will reduce a lot of manual work if we can clone the KC bot to other product as well.   Thanks, Shireesha.

Product Feature Tree - select many to rearrangeUnder Consideration

Feature filter optionsNo Status

If we need to identify all users with usage information for a particular period based on feature data, there is no easy way. We can select features in the filter but only operation available for filtering is “IN”. If number of modules/features is high then selecting all of them in the filter is a tedious task. Also if we want to filter users with no feature information then there is no way we can do it. Hence extending filter operators to Any Feature, All Features, Not In, No Features would help to get the required data easily.

Retention Analysis DrilldownUnder Consideration

Hello, recently I demoed the Rentention Analysis report to an E level group, and they brought up the idea that it would be beneficial to see the users in the specific weeks as a drilldown. For example, within this set:  We’d like to see the users themselves that fell into that week, to further identify other traits they may share. Is that possible, and I’m just missing a function?

Ability to have different content(Engagements) depending on which URL the user is onPlanned

Posting on behalf of a customer: In a KC Bot Currently we cannot show different engagements based on the URL the user is currently on. It would be great if we could show the different content(Engagements) based the URL the user is on.   Use Case: If a user in on a URL1 then the user should see Engagements(if any) related to URL1  in  KC BOT  and If a user in on a URL2 then the user should see Engagements(if any) related to URL2 in the same BOT.

Ability to "GROUP BY" all the data type in Query BuilderImplemented

In the Query Builder, when we use custom events, If we want to group by the properties of the custom events, we can only do so if the property data type is string. It would be really helpful if we have the ability to group by all the data types for all the properties of custom events.

No Direct connect with GainsightImplemented

Currenly PX can only sync with Salesforce Account level which is extreamely limiting, expecially when my salesforce admin is very hesitant to put any more fields to the SFDC account level so it would be nice as you guys start building out PX to make it where Gainsight objects can directly sync to PX and not have to mess up SFDC.
