Add 'Account Product Mapper' filter in all engagement typesAcknowledged

Please add ‘Account Product Mapper’ filter box in all engagement types, the same way you currently have it in email engagements.I don’t see the reason why it should be only present in the Email type and not in all in-app types. I’m finding this feature necessary almost every week in some engagements and it would make our lives 10x simpler if we’d have it available.

Px Extra Tracking of Product NamesAcknowledged

For some Px customers there is a need to track the name of the product, not just the feature name.  This often happens when the ‘ultimate’ product is broken into several different ones with the same features.  Some customers want to add a product name within what is tracked on a single tag. I am happy to share some customer examples if product management is interested in this concept.

Ability to enable a "was this helpful?" question at the end of an engagementAcknowledged

It’d be awesome to have a “Was this helpful?” type of question at the end of multi step engagements. A lot of doc sites have this, so it’d be a great way to measure user sentiment of guides.

Engagement should keep appearing until user clicks Got it! or closes itAcknowledged

An engagement (bar/dialog/guide) should remain visible till the user clicks the X to close theengagement, or clicks *Got it *button on the engagement. This should be possible without using an overlay. Also, the engagement should not reappear once the user has interacted with the guide (closed it or clicked a button). This ensures that the user keeps on seeing the guide on a non-intrusive format but is not blocked to take other actions on the page.

"Test mode" for PX engagementsAcknowledged

It would be amazing if PX had some kind of “test mode” for engagements that I could turn on and off. OR a “make a copy for testing” option.I find that I do the same handful of things when testing: ignore throttling trigger once per session target to just me  remove any audience rules that would exclude me (like signed up <5 days ago)Being able to toggle a “test mode” off and on or quickly create a copy just for testing would save me some steps!

Ability to see engagement audience preview for non-realtime rulesAcknowledged

It would be extremely useful to be able to preview the audience for an engagement. Right now, I know I can go into Audience Explorer and replicate most of the audience rules; it’s just time consuming and subject to human error.I recently made an engagement that had a complex set of 12 rules with varying AND/OR logic. Only 1 of those rules was realtime (xx feature in RIGHT NOW). It would have given me more peace of mind to have a quick preview of the possible audience, rather than relying on me accurately replicating each rule in Audience Explorer. One idea for how this could work:not take “realtime” rules like “URL/Feature in RIGHT NOW” into account when previewing the audience show a refreshable preview (as of xx:xx time and xx/xx date) of the audience based on the non-realtime rules like persona, customer segment, signup date, exclusion list, etc Similar to this request, just expanding on it a bit

Allow the localization/translation of PX Engagements to Arabic, Hebrew, and other right to left languagesAcknowledged

It would be great if PX allowed PX Engagements to be localized/translated into Arabic, Hebrew, and other right to left languages.  Please upvote if this is something that you need as well.  Thanks! This is an extension of this previously submitted PX Product Idea.

Knowledge Center Bot OnboardingAcknowledged

My team and I are going to be utilizing Gainsight PX’s knowledge center bot to onboard new users. One thing we think would enhance our user’s experience is making the knowledge center bot disappear once they have completed all of their onboarding tasks. I know we can use the rest API to pull users who completed the last engagement and update a user attribute to hide the bot, but having it automatically disappear would be very helpful.

We would like to use our own icons on the Knowledge Center Bot tabs and in front of the engagement entries in the list. Using custom iconswould contribute to making the Knowledge Center Bot really part of the user interface.

Ability to edit engagement size when editing in-appAcknowledged

Right now, I can only edit the size of an engagement in the editor mode. I’d like to be able to do so when editing in-app. This would be especially useful when editing tooltip size because in context I might see that something needs to be a different size.

Ability to select more then 3 events when using Query BuilderAcknowledged

Hello everyone,We would like to have the option of selecting more then 3 different features/events when using Query Builder to analyze our data. The use case is as follows.When creating, for example, an onboarding tour (or any kind of guide actually) for our clients, it’s a good idea to map the steps of this tour as events and then to create a funnel. If we have set up a super-tour, we would expect that most of our clients will start from the first step (triggering the first event inside the funnel) and follow it to the last, following the order of the steps in this tour/guide.While we can get some insights from such analysis, it actually gives us only partial information. This is because events (steps) inside a funnel need to be dependable on one another (each next step is taking into consideration only the set of people which landed on it from the previous step in the funnel) - and that’s great. However:what if, for some reason, one of these steps (or events) isn’t working (or isn’t

Dashboard Widget showing Knowledge Centre BOT viewsAcknowledged

I would love to be able to put a widget on my product analytics page showing me how much interest we’ve had in the Knowledge Centre BOT. Either on a general views format, or be able to filter it down further to each engagement within the BOT would be great!

Ability to copy/import rules from another PX engagementAcknowledged

First off, I LOVE that we can clone engagements. That said, if I’ve already made a new engagement and I want to bring in a similar set of complex audience rules, it would be really nice to copy over or import certain audience rules from another engagement. Mostly this is me trying to reduce human error :)

Will you stop stripping out JavaScript from the KC Bot--or support adding JavaScript?Acknowledged

We use Zendesk for our Help content. We added custom JavaScript to create tabs for Desktop and Mobile. For an example, see this Help article. I haven’t enabled the KC Bot, which was an important feature when looking for an onboarding tool, because the JavaScript gets stripped out. It shows two buttons that do nothing, and the Desktop and Mobile content are lumped together.I had also started implementing accordions using JavaScript, but had to stop b/c it created the same issue in the Gainsight KC Bot.Gainsight also seems to strip out anything custom: JavaScript or .CSS. If you have to strip this out, can you at least provide a way to copy the JavaScript and style sheet over to Gainsight?

Ability to have different levels of throttling per different engagement typesAcknowledged

I would love the ability to have different levels of throttling based on the engagement type. For example (not necessarily the exact settings I would use, but for the sake of the example):Surveys - show users no more than 1 survey per month Webinar/event invites - show users no more than 1 engagement per week (could use engagement labels or something to indicate that a particular dialog engagement is a webinar/event invite) Guides - show 1 per day since these are more contextual I think the new engagement priority feature could be applied to account for some of this; still, it’d be really fantastic if I could just report internally that “we don’t send more than 1 event invite per week” for example to alleviate concerns around engagement fatigue.Similar/follow up to this post

Insert a list of IDs at onceAcknowledged

Hi everyone,We would really appreciate if there would be an option to copy-paste a list of IDs into the Audience Logic field when defining an engagement (not saying that this option shouldn’t be available for other fields in other parts of PX too).The use case is very straightforward. Imagine having hundreds of Accounts using the same product in basically the same way (their actions and behaviour are very similar). But you have a one-time special reason why you want to show your notification only to Users of (let’s say) 50 specific accounts. And imagine that you can get this list of 50 accounts in question very easily from your database. In this case, what would be perfect, in a sense that it would make sure that the right audience will be targeted, is to insert the 50 AccountIDs in question (as the only Audience Logic condition) and immediately launch the event.With the currently available options, the only way to do this is to manually insert Id per Id... until you inserted all 50 :)

Ability to combine question + comment in 1 step in Multi Question SurveysAcknowledged

In Multi Question Surveys, I’d love the ability to have a multi-choice question and a comment field in 1 step. For example, I am making a survey where one of the options is “Other”. I would like to use the comment field to allow the user to reply with what “Other” means.

Ability to Mark "cc" in Email EngagementAcknowledged

Customer ask : If we can have the ability to mark in cc to a cross-functional team for email engagement. This will help them to increase the visibility for other team.   For example: In case the product team have triggered an email engagement for all the Admin users they would like to mark in CC the associated CSM.  If we can have cc option in email setting.

Make the Feature Path visible during mouseover in our Feature Adoption report when grouped by Feature. When viewing the ungrouped Feature Adoption report, the Feature Path is clear.  However, when grouped by Feature the Feature Path is not visible at all.  This can cause confusion with identically or similarly named Features.  See screenshot examples below.

Guide Default CTA actionsAcknowledged

Do the engagement guides’ default CTA buttons link to specific actions you can call on via the query parameters? For example, If a user clicks “Skip”, it’s logged as something so I can call on that using query parameter to show them another engagement? I understand this is possible with custom buttons, but I’d rather use the ones provided vs. trying to remove them, and somehow putting my own buttons in their place to log parameters for further triggering. I also tried using the in-app engagement audience rule, but the viewed vs. completed logic doesn’t seem to be verifiable (I can’t seem to see guide completions in audience explorer user full profile, only views), and there is no skipped option.

Currently engagements seem to be copies of a specific template. Templates should however stay connected to the engagements.→ Engagements should stay connected to ‘their’ template.→ Templates should be editable.→ Modifications to a template should affect all engagements which are based on that template.→ It should be possible to apply a different template to an engagement.→ When creating and editing a template, users should be able to set single settings to ‘Don’t inherit’, so that these settings can still be defined for every single engagement.→ It should be possible to define template variants for languages, for example using a different font-family.→ The template of an engagement should also be listed in the overview in the engagement editor.→ It should be possible to apply a different template either in the overview or when an engagement has been opened for editing.

Engagement CTA that opens KCB contentAcknowledged

Is it possible to create an engagement CTA that would then bring up a document within the knowledge center content? From Link_Black’s previous posts I can see where we can do this Engagement to Engagement, but the KCB is a different animal.
