Filter PX survey views & view list of specific user viewsNo Status

Request: Right now, you’re able to see the aggregate survey views in Survey Performance Report, however, you’re not able to see who those specific users who viewed were AND the # of views is not filterable. Use case: Filtering out internal user views, or filter by persona

General usability improvements for engagement buildingNo Status

Posting this feedback on behalf of a customer: As a PX Admin, I would like the ability to enable others to more easily edit their own engagements. This is challenging as other users do not have CSS experience, so they can’t really make engagements on their own. It would be great if the engagement design process was easier to use so we can more easily make engagements as a team. For example:  make templates easier to use without needing to know CSS error messaging is very vague error messaging disappears quickly, often too quickly to take a screenshot

Survey questionsPlanned

It would be ideal to have the option to customize the question we send to our customers at the end of a survey depending on the score they provide us. For example, if it is a Promoter the question could be different from the one we ask to a Passive or Detractor. So far this option is not available in PX and could be quite useful in order to have more insights from our customers and users.

Add more varied options to surveysNo Status

Hi All,Would it be possible to add the functionality to allow me to create surveys that incorporate both ratings and comment/feedback boxes? It would be great for us as we can then ask how people are finding the tool overall and delve deeper into smaller parts of our tools to find out overall ratings and then comments too!

Bulk upload engagement recipientsNo Status

Hi everyone! Whenever someone in my organization comes to me for an engagement, they always send me emails for the users we want to share the engagement with. It would be super convenient to be able to upload the emails into a segment without having to use the data loader. For example: adding a comma after each email so when we copy and paste it into the segment, Gainsight PX will recognize that and upload the emails individually. This is just one idea for uploading the information, but the main point is being able to add the user information into a segment without having to use the data loader.

There seem to be a lot of functionality issues with the Feature Guide (Knowledge Bot)Partially Fixed

Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone has tried to use the feature guide (knowledge bot) yet? I've run into some pretty major issues, as well as just some inefficient and confusing pain points. Hoping that someone has some insights, as these are really show stoppers for us being able to use this feature. This is for the product formerly known as Aptrinsic. Major issues: [list=1] [*]Setting the engagement visibility for the items in a feature guide doesn't impact the visibility of the feature guide. I found that out when I launched the feature guide, ostensibly for testing, to myself, and everyone saw it :(. [*]There's no way to set feature guide visibility. Would have expected underlying engagement visibility to dictate the feature guide visibility, but that is not the case. Therefore, there is no way to test the feature guide. [*]There are some pages on our platform such as code editor tools where the feature guide button displays over the top of the primary action b

Admin Capabilities for users - launching engagements and botsCurrent Functionality

Hoping for a product enhancement that allows admins to curtail privilege's for launching engagements based on the environment. For example, we would like to give some users the ability to create/launch and test engagements, but only to a QA or staging environment. Right now you are only able to give blanket privilege's for all environments which carries the risk of a user accidentally launching an engagement to the production environment.

Update Font Coloring on Feature Widget in DashboardNo Status

Posting on behalf of a customer :The Feature dashboard widget sometimes is hard to read when you hover over the lines. The background of the hover box is a dark grey and when you have a few different features selected one of the colors for the text is dark blue. The dark blue font is very hard to read against a dark grey background. Knowledge Bot Integration with Zendesk Productivity PackAcknowledged

For customers with the Zendesk Productivity pack, it would be great if PX can integrate the Feedback support tab in Knowledge Bot along with Zendesk so they can get all the proper fields filled out when someone submits a feedback/support ticket through the Knowledge Bot. If you are not familiar with the Zendesk Productivity pack, essentially when a client goes to submit a ticket they select an option from the first drop down and then based on that selection, different drop downs populate below.

Px Lead Report - Make it Opt InImplemented

Hello, For customers that use website tracking to view the activity on their commercial marketing web-site there is some great functionality; however, two things are an issue.  The first of those is logged here.  That is once a lead is created ALL users are emailed with a Lead report.  This is problematic for customers with GDPR and bigger concerns regarding treatment of PII data. Please modify the lead report and make it Opt-In or some sort of control so only those who ‘should’ get it, get it...

Guide Preview Starting From Any StepNo Status

Hi everyone,We feel that it would be really great if you would make it possible to preview guide engagements starting from any step of the same guide. In the current setup, each time that we want to preview our guides, we need to go back to the starting page (on which the starting step is mapped).I believe that we’ve all went through some fights with our guide engagements as well as we all lost our heads at least once while trying to find out “why is it breaking here?”. It’s a learning process. But this learning process and the customer experience as such would be way better if we would be able to fix the problematic step and then to relaunch the guide to continue walking us through from that exact step which we fixed to the last step of the guide.There is also the use case when you are presenting to your internal teams the guide which you just made. And imagine that, unexpectedly, the guide breaks somewhere in the middle during this presentation. You would probably unlink the problema

Improve the development lifecycle for engagementsNo Status

Trying to do iterative development on engagements is very painful and time consuming, especially when you enable triggering them from the KC Bot. Anyone with a rudimentary exposure to software development lifecycles knows that you should never work directly on what’s in production. Since there’s no real versioning or branching support, you end up cloning active engagements and the active KC Bot, changing the audience criteria and working on the new version.Working on the clones is also painful, as you need to constantly pause the Dev Bot or remove the engagement from it, then pause the engagement and then work on it. Actually, if you have the engagement open before you pause the bot, it will keep complaining it’s being used in an active bot, even if you have since paused it. The engagement doesn’t refresh the bot’s state after every attempt to pause the engagement. The opposite happens when you work on a bot, to add an engagement. It doesn’t refresh the engagement state, when you try t

Ability to set labels via UI to limit the search scope of Zendesk articlesNo Status

Posting on behalf of customer: Currently, we need to issue an API to setup labels to limit the search scope of Zendesk articles. But it would be great for user experience if we have the ability to add the same via UI itself in the Zendesk Integration dialog, or within the Knowledge Center Bot setup.

PX: retrigger engagement if user hasn't engaged with CTANo Status

Thanks [url=https://community.gainsight.com/users/harshibanka]@harshibanka[/url]. We will go with the basic show attempts for now. In the future, I'd love to see PX offer more options to retrigger an engagement if the user hasn't engaged with the CTA. I definitely think it would be helpful to have the analytics that are tied to an engagement become more in-depth as well so that you could assess how well you achieved the goal you had for that engagement.

Add Date to BackfillNo Status

I’m using backfill typically after a release happened and I am getting the new feature and use into product mapper. I know the date that the feature went live, so it would be very easy to just use that date to search the relevant events. Any searching before that is pointless and is a waste of resources and time.

Knowledge Center Integration with KnowledgeOwlNo Status

We manage 4 product lines all within one knowledge base tool - Knoweldge Owl. They also have an in-app widget that we could add to our platform, but ideally we want 1 place where users can get all types of help.  It would be great if GainsightPX had a native integration with Knowledge Owl as they do with Zendesk, Help Docs ext. If not - is there a way we can leverage knowledgeowls API and custom build this functionality within the Knowledge Bot ourselves?

Walkthroughs - More tooltip optionsNo Status

It would be nice to have the following options for tootips in a walkthrough:The ability to advance to the next step when you click the UI element that the tooltip is linked to. For example, to see the next step, I don’t want to click the Next button and then click the Create button. I’d rather just click the Create button.   The ability to allow users to use the application while the tooltip is visible. For example, I want a tooltip with useful information to be visible while I enter some information.

Js Code in Engagement.No Status

Description: Added the Calendly code to the PX engagement and launched it. However, the calendar does not show up in the engagement. split step is missing when creating a guideWorkaround Available

When we create a guide that starts from a certain feature and there are two ways the user would like to proceed with the guide, we don’t have the option to present it to the user unless we lead the user to a separate engagement.  here is an example: Is you content promotional or operational? promotional → new content/ previous content….                                                                           operational→

Engagement enhancement - Badge launch option for all engagement typesNo Status

Using a badge to launch an engagement is a better option to avoid an intrusive experience for a user. It is currently supported only for the “Guide” type. Enable it for others - Dialog, Slider, and Survey. Configuring the tooltip for a badge needs some enhancements - provide the same option as the tooltip for a KC bot.

Show mapped features doesn't update when navigating applicationNo Status

When enabling the show mapped features option and then navigating to a new page, the overlay of mapped features from the previous page will still display. Currently, you need to toggle this off and on when going to a new page. It would ideally refresh each time you load a new page.

Display Engagement CountNo Status

In PX, When showing number of engagements and applying a filter, show the number out of the total (e.g. 8/35) instead of just the number.       Thanks, Shireesha.
