It’d be cool if we could customize the transition from step to step in engagements. I don’t need to do gimmicky transitions like in PowerPoint, but controlling how long each transition is would be nice, and whether it appears suddenly or fades.

Allow Audience Viewer Users to Arrange Attributes on Audience or Accounts ExplorerAcknowledged

It would be useful for a PX user to be able to add/arrange the attributes in the Audience or Accounts Explorer, without having to be given the Manager permissions. Alternately, it could be very helpful to have an Admin (or Manager) push Attribute views to end users.

Dashboard time range based off times relative to todayAcknowledged

Currently, Gainsight custom dashboards allow you to have time ranges for data for the “Previous X Days or Months”. For example, if you have a dashboard to show the # of Active Users Over the Previous 6 Months, and it’s July 23rd, it will show the data from January 1st to June 30th. This is great for showing historical, non-live data, but is not great for monitoring or showing stakeholders the current state of your application activity.We would like it if Gainsight had a “Last X Days or Months” filter, that would populate it with data relative to today and update that date range every day, ideally inclusive with the current date. With this filters, the # of Active Users Over the Previous 6 Months on July 23rd, it would be January 23rd to July 23rd. When you log in again on the 25th, it would be January 25th to July 25th.As it is, we are considering using Domo (which does have this filtering) for most of our product dashboards, and are unsure how to get the best use out of it.

Knowledge Centre Integration with "Freshdesk"Acknowledged

Increase CSV export limit in adoption analyticsNo Status

Posting on behalf of customer:It would be great if we could increase the CSV export limit(currently 10K) in adoption analytics to a higher value. Currently, when ever we have have more that 10K records to be exported we are having to reduce the timeframe to accommodate the export limit.

I’m sending a few different Custom Events to PX through the API and/or uploading Custom Events through Data Loader… I would like to be able to see a list of all of the Events (and count of events, number of users, etc) for the Custom Events.

Dashboard widget clickthrough to users (as a pop-up)Acknowledged

When working with dashboards, it would be a great addition if users would be able to clickthrough on the usage widgets for specific time periods to see the user overview for with the same filters. E.g. There is a dashboard the monitor the usage of 1 customer. In the widget displaying the number of users per week, for the last 8 weeks the user would be able to click on each week and see which users were active. Limit the KC Bot from being dragged completely off screen.No Status

Posting on behalf of a customer:Currently, there is no limit to prevent the KCB from being dragged completely off screen the Bot behaviour with draggable enabled for reference https://share.getcloudapp.com/KouJBXG1. When this happens we either have to zoom out or re-login to view the Bot.It would be helpful if there was a limit to prevent KCB being dragged off completely.

Add PX Product Name and Environment to PX User Profile activity and engagement logsImplemented

Since there is only one PX User Profile view available, the Recent Activity and Recent Engagements logs can come from different PX Products and/or Environments. Because of this, it is not easy to understand clearly which Product and Environment these event logs come from. Therefore, it would help immensely if the individual logs included information about the specific PX Product Name and Environment Name they came from. Also, it would help if there were a filtering options to pick the PX Product and/or Environment so the event logs can be investigated more precisely. And lastly, it would be ideal if the Recent Activity and Recent Engagements results were automatically filtered based on the PX Product and Environment selected on the previous screen that brought the user to the PX User Profile screen.

Would be helpful to show a % breakdown of responses here so that I don’t have to do the math in my head… would also make a nice screenshot to share with leadership in a weekly/monthly report.

The standard Knowledge Center Bot includes the ability to resize the display window, but the new “embedded” Knowledge Center bot does not. It would be great to include this option here too for a better user experience. See below:

Create Hotkeys for Product MapperAcknowledged

Create Hotkeys (Keyboard Shortcuts) for Product Mapper. It takes awhile to click through all the stuff. Making hotkey shortcuts for Rename / Add Rule / etc. would expedite this significantly. --Similarly, keys like “Enter” should be mapped to accept a Screen like “Adding a Rule” Pop Up. Also, double clicking a Module/Feature in the Sidebar should select it to be renamed.

Expand the Retention Analysis report to cover more than 12 weeks in weekly cohort size viewAcknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer… For us, we look at Retention Analysis in a weekly cohort size view (not monthly) as we see such volatility each week. In our efforts to drive and increase retention, in Quarter #1 we implemented a, b, c and in Quarter #2 we implemented d, e, f, and so on for Quarter #3 and Quarter #4. Since the Retention Analysis chart is limited to only 12 weeks (in weekly cohort size view) we cannot get the full picture from Q1-Q4, so it would be great if this could be expanded to cover more than 12 weeks and perhaps even up to a full year.

Engagement audit trail in PXAcknowledged

My organization has a lot of people collaborating on building engagements. As our product is also new, there are often changes to the audience and scheduling based on new criteria or occasionally changes in custom user attributes our product is storing.We would like there to be an audit trail on how engagements change over time. Ideally, this would contain who/what/when information on changes to the following areas, from highest priority to lowest priority:Launch status Audience Schedule Engagement content Engagement name and description Templates (can be captured by content)This would help people understand who has been working on what engagements and why, and how they’ve evolved over time.In many ways, this would be a similar effort to the Field Level Audit Trail from Gainsight that was built for CS - I’m not sure if we’d need the full field level audit trail, but close.

I’d like to add images or files as attachments in email engagements. Current workaround is to add the images directly to the body of the email, but that takes up too much space. I’ve also hyperlinked text to files, but that’s not ideal either.

Nearly ever time I’ve submitted an issue using your in-app feedback tool, your support agent asks me to send a screen recording of my issue. It’d cut out a step if you allowed me to add attachments to my initial support request rather than waiting a while for a response only to be asked to send a recording.

Add support for native iOS emojis in engagementsAcknowledged

I like to add emojis to engagements to make it more fun for my users. I use the hotkey on mac (command+control+space) to add the emojis. They render perfectly in the editor, but whenever I save the engagement I receive an error message. I see the emoji options you have in the editor, but it’s limited to faces and not other stuff like thumb up, wave, party emojis, etc.

PX S3 export: allow encryption of filesAcknowledged

AWS Export option in S3. Not the safest thing for security, but accessible and easy to configure. I think to add some security, we should allow for an encryption of those files on export.

Be able to easily see order and audience logic of several engagementsNo Status

We have several engagements live at once, would like to be able to view in what order a user sees them. Like on average in what order and how long in between a user goes through our “flow” of the engagements. Right now we have different audience rules in combination with throttling/priority rules for several engagemangets, but it’s very difficult to know if we have created the flow of engagements we had in mind to begin with or if we’ve made any mistakes when it comes to logic/order etc.We monitor dashboards, the analytics and the admin console to see if anything looks suspicious/wrong, but would be very helpful to have one solid view of this.

Don't re-direct to Engagement list after launching engagementUnder Consideration

After launching an engagement, you get redirected to the list view of all engagements. Might just be me, but I often launch an engagement and want to go test it in my app to see if it behaves as expected, but when I get redirected it’s annoying to have to go back into the engagement to make any edits, i’d rather it just launch and stay on the launch screen.
