Restart tour option for Engagements In PXNo Status

In PX Engagements currently we have only either “get started” or “close/next” options. Can we have the option like “restart/later/after sometime”. Here is the reference image,

Slack integration allowing for multiple slack channelsAcknowledged

Hi team, We’d like to have the ability to designate a preferred slack channel per engagement, so that eg all of our NPS surveys can be sent to an nps channel, all of our CES surveys can be sent to a ces channel, and so on.Currently the PX Slack integration is all or nothing - so with the integration on for survey responses/feedback, all responses to any survey/feedback engagement are dumped into a single slack channel. This becomes very messy to manage when you want to have different survey engagements running at any given time, and where surveys differ in relevancy across the staff who would be monitoring them in Slack. Cheers, A

Webhook / Zapier integrationImplemented

We have multipe cases that would benefit from some sort of webhook or Zapier integration. Ideally the webhook would act both as input for engagements (to be defined in the audience selector) and can be set as an action based on engagement response (behaviour based completion action). Case examples:Send feedback from customers to platform x (e.g. Surveymonkey or Google Sheets) Trigger engagement in case of extended trials or billing issues Integration for Marketing automation campaigns (e.g. from Marketo)  etc..

Is there a way to customize a PX survey to include three options, like the one Gainsight is using?Implemented

We want to ask our users how they like certain features, and we were hoping to do exactly what Gainsight is doing at the bottom of their own forum content, like this:Is there a way to set this up that I’m missing? We want the three options, not just a boolean.

SFDC ID in Filtering users in PXNo Status

Currently, we are not able to filter out the users/accounts based on the Salesforce Contact ID/Account ID, even though it is a standard attribute.Even after exporting the Accounts/Audience, we are still not able to get the data of SFDC ID value. Dynamic Checklists/Progress Bar engagement typeNo Status

We're looking for a way to integrate gamification elements into our PX onboarding flow, and checklists and progress bars generally work very well for this.Although the KC Bot will show a checked box for every engagement a user completed, we would like to incorporate this more prominently into our engagements that we show to new users only.Ideally, there would be a engagment type that creates a checklist based on a selection of existing engagments and shows a progress bar that changes with completion of the selected engagments. Clicking on engagements in the list will close the checklist and trigger the selected engagements.  This is an example I found:

Faster Email engagement scheduler with higher frequencyNot Planned

Hi team and @alextran , It would be better to serve the customers if we have the time gap in sending the emails using the engagements to the end users in our PX. As of now the time gap for sending the emails is few hours roughly 4 hours.  We had come across scenarios where the customer wants to send the emails automatically after the audience have been qualified and the engagement has been launched. Can we improve the email scheduler in this regard which would be of great help to our customers depending on their business requirements. thanks,Avinash.

Knowledge Center Bot Analytics & Article ViewsImplemented

Posting on behalf of a customer - It would be great to have analytics on the Knowledge Bot. The use case is that they have Zendesk integration with the knowledge base. Having the ability to see which articles are being viewed, for example, would allow for better insights on where customers/users need help on. CC @mickey

Bookmark / Pin Articles on Knowledge Center BotNo Status

Posting on behalf of a PX customer - Currently, the Bot allows PX users to add articles via URL to the bot. However, it would be great for users to have the ability to pin or bookmark their own articles on the Knowledge Bot.  CC @mickey

Dynamically enabling IP masking through script in PXNo Status

USE CASE:Currently in the PX we can be able to mask the IP address by using the UI only which will be applicable to all the users of the specific product. But How about having a feature like enabling the IP masking dynamically (by using the JavaScript code). By having a feature like this we can apply the filter conditions to turn on/off the IP masking for specific users.

Search functionality in the Engagement not working fineNo Status

Hi Team and @harshibanka , I sometimes don’t find the exact results of the search i do in the search bar in the Engagements section.If i search for this engagement “[WELCOME] Search – Main – Guide” which is the 2 one as per the below image. I get the following message saying that no engagement found. It would be better if the search results work in the expected fashion. thanks,Avinash.

Feedback module - export dataNo Status

Hi,when exporting data from Feedback module, the table does not contain any data about the customer. Only the feedback itself, and when was it left.  It would be helpful to get list of all attributes, same as you have on other exports in PX. Not having all information makes it hard to make any deep dive analysis. (e.g., what customers are leaving feedback, what regions, what products are they using e.g.).Igor @link_black @mickey

Manually Edit User or Account Attribute VALUES in Gainsight PXWorkaround Available

USE CASE:I have a custom account field for companies who’ve elected to NOT receive engagements. So I want to edit the attribute value for the specific accounts based on customer feedback whether they should receive the Engagements or not, and this can be used as a rule in audience criteria in the Engagements (Display the engagement If the custom attribute value is true only). I’d like to be able to manually change it within PX without an unnecessarily heavy API process. Other Solutions We have:If we have the integration with SFDC, we can create a field in SFDC(Account/Contact) and Create a custom attribute on Account/User in PX and sync the value We can update the field using the API’sHowever, there is no way to edit or update the field value manually.  Video Recording of the Use case:https://www.loom.com/share/710003bb467549089de8cb6d7cc7090e ThanksShireesha

Ability to automatically send emails to survey responsesNo Status

Display Comment box in the Feedback section according to the scores in the NPS survey Engagement inNo Status

With the current design In the NPS survey Engagement feedback section, Users are allowed to give comments or reviews for all the scores. Unlike it, Can we make it possible to give reviews only for particular scores? Eg Usecase: When the customer gives the rating between 8-10, Then only the comment section should be displayed with the following text "thank you for the high score, Please give us the review".

Suggested Product Mapper - Bulk BackfillNot Planned

Posting on behalf of a current PX customer. The new suggested mode is pretty accurate in analyzing the code well and creating an intuitive hierarchy. It also saves a lot of time and effort from manual mapping. Something great in addition is a way to automate backfilling, or at least bulk backfilling. It can be time-consuming to manually backfill each feature.

Generate URL to launch an Engagement from a Link.No Status

I was speaking with a customer earlier who would like the ability to generate a link for an engagement to then be able to launch Engaggement via a link. As of now the only way to show an engagement on demand is by using the Knowledge Center Bot. This has come up a few times now, do we see in the future being able to launch Engagement from a link?

Wanting to change text on button of first slide of an Engagement.No Status

We were speaking with a customer earlier today who would like the ability to change the text of buttons in an engagement. The below exampe is the first slide of a guide and in this use case they would like the text to read "Show Me". At this point I understand that this is hardcoded in the product, but in the future we would like to be able to edit text for all buttons. Feature request: dialog audience based on survey scoreImplemented

I wanted to create a dialog directed to those who scored us low on an NPS survey we previously sent out, but I was surprised to see this option doesn't exist (yet). For now you can only use Survey scores as an audience rule for email engagements. It might be an idea to introduce this for all engagements?

Ability to resize the widget window in the dashboardNo Status

Recently, i cam up with this idea after taking a glance at a ticket which helps the customer to customize the size of the widgets in the dashboards they view. It would be user friendly as some data might be difficult to zoom and to help the customer understand the analytics in the widget.

PX UI feedback: make gray buttons more visibleNo Status

When building an engagement, there are several light gray buttons that are barely visible in the app. I was building a Slider and nearly missed the option to copy a slide (very helpful!), and I didn't see how to re-order the slides (also great!) simply because the icons for these actions are too subtle and grayed out unless the user mouses over them. Feature Request: "Recently Used" filters when navigating multiple reportsNo Status

When exploring different reports in PX (or when showing PX to a colleague), I will often see something in one report that makes me want to go dig into another using the same filters. For example, if I see in [b]Features > Adoption[/b] that users who signed up less than a week ago visited ___ feature ____ times, I'd be curious to see the path those users took in [b]Path Analyzer[/b]. I can see that information by re-adding all the same filters to the new page. Sometimes, the filters are so complex I will have a PX page open on each monitor to ensure I'm replicating the filter set exactly. Idea: I would love the ability to have "Recently Used" filters available when splicing data. This ability would make navigation much faster and provide a more intuitive experience when showing the product to others.

Feature Request: Ability to filter our test/demo accounts by defaultNo Status

Our demo/sandbox/test (including automated testing) accounts/users often clutter up reporting. There have been a few times when we get excited that a new feature is being used, only to find out that those users are in demo/test accounts. We don't want to blacklist these users/accounts, because sometimes we do want to see what people in demo situations are doing. I just find that people can jump to conclusions when seeing a report without thinking to filter out test accounts. Idea: as a PX admin, I would love the ability to filter out these accounts by default. Other users could still turn off that default if they were specifically looking for reporting on demo/test accounts.

Email targeting based on View/Completed rules in Dialog engagementsNo Status

Hi, we're working on raising adoption on our products. One of the things we're doing is contextual targeting. What we'd like to do, but cannot at the moment (correct me if I'm wrong, please :) ) is the following: [b]1. Send Dialog with certain text and CTA (currently possible)[/b] [b]2. Set-up email engagement based on rules:[/b] [list] [*]If engagement (dialog) not completed - send Email A [*]If engagement (dialog) completed - send Email B [*]If CTA clicked send email C [/list](different wording and email content is for each of this target groups). [b]3. Set up dialog again based on the outcome of step 2. (is email opened, clicked etc.)[/b] I am not finding away to do this now; in email engaement i can set up rules for view/completed only based on surveys. Tnx!
