Segmentation ImprovementsPartially Fixed
I think there are some improvements to be made in the Segmentation engine. Cannot do segments within segments. This really limits our ability to manage custom audiences and merge them together as necessary for guides or other purposes. Can AND and OR criteria, but cannot do something like this: "target engagement to users who visited NewsCenter feature < 5 times within the last 30 days." Can only do: "NewsCenter feature < 5 times", "Visited anywhere in product within 30 days". Thanks for listening!
Hi All, Currently if the Zendesk Articles visibility is in Private mode then the images in those articles are not loaded in the KC bot. If the zendesk Articles are set to public then the images are loading in the KC bot. If we are able to bypass the images in the same way how the articles are bypassed and are shown in the KC bot, then Images can also be shown in the KC bot even if the articles are of Private. SFDC ID in Filtering users in PXNo Status
Currently, we are not able to filter out the users/accounts based on the Salesforce Contact ID/Account ID, even though it is a standard attribute.Even after exporting the Accounts/Audience, we are still not able to get the data of SFDC ID value. It would be create if we could add additional criteria to the Company Person connector for PX. Preferably, the ability to select any field for matching, though at the very least, account or name fields would be an improvement As-is today, this connector, and as far as I’m aware all other person matching in Gainsight, only uses email address as the identifier, but this isn’t ideal. When it comes to the PX connector in particular we notice this limitation, as we sometimes have multiple users related to a single email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) or a single person, who has a user on multiple related accounts.

Use cases & Outcomes:1. Trigger a post-engagement survey after an engagement (to understand the effectiveness of an engagement, we can’t rely on the completion)2. Trigger an engagement based on survey responses (push appropriate content based on the user’s need)Problem: In our case, we can only accomplish UC #1 by following this resource by setting up two separate engagements (guide, survey). However, we have noticed some issues (shared with PX).#2 isn’t possible since we restrict sharing PII data (hashed user-id) that can’t help retargeting.Request: Provide an option to have survey as one of the steps of an engagement - for #1, first step; #2, last step. Further flexibility on the step choice would be nice to have.
USE CASE: In PX, Currently we have the option of pushing the data from PX to salesforce (bi-directional). Using this integration, we can also push the NPS data (scores) to salesforce but only at the Account level. Sometimes, If we limit this data flow to only account level, customers may not be able to perform full personalisation (automatically) as they may want to see the data at the User/Contact level. So It would be really helpful if we can extend this NPS data roll-up from PX to salesforce at the User/Contact level. Note: If the User has multiple NPS scores, some configuration like “Average of the scores” would be good to use(Just an example).
The scenario would be that we have a flow of engagements that are ordered either in a Slider, Guide or a video in a Dialog. The user wants to move it over to another screen to follow along and try some of the steps in the product as they go. With the Knowledge Bot too. If I have the progress bar and certain engagements we want them to complete, being able to leave that open on another screen as you move through the workflow would be very helpful!
We're trying to build an onboarding checklist, where each onboarding step could be marked as completed based on a condition.For example, if one of the onboarding steps is “install an agent”, we’d like to be able to check the number of agents installed for the user (via a predefined “installation” custom event), and if the number of agents installed is 0, we’ll show the onboarding step as uncompleted and it will only be marked completed once the user finishes the flow. However, if the number of installed agents is MORE than 0 when the user first logs in, then the onboarding step will be shown as completed from the get go, without the user needing to complete the step (because they’ve already fulfilled the condition). Note that this is different from defining the audience, since here it’s a condition for marking as completed, not a condition for showing the engagement in the first place.
Include "Contains" in URL selectionNo Status
USE CASE: Currently in PX, While mapping the features to the Product Mapper, We have to select the exact scope i.e, “URL”. It would be helpful to have the “Contains” option while adding the URL, it would be a very handy to have a contains option. Post on behalf of a customer. It is found that for any engagement that could use the View Type of Bar, when it first shows up it gets a fixed width according to current viewport size. Initially it is fine until the browser window width is increased, then it doesn’t quite look as pleasant.https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwu92KzpIt be good to have a setting to set the width to be 100%.
It would be good to have the option in filters for user attributes, on number of visits in reports.We are able to see this in the UI in audience explorer but not able to apply it in filters.It would be good to identify users who are not adopting and can use these filters to engage them.
Currently with PX, It has been already decided that if there is no activity for X duration, the old session will be closed and a new session will be generated. Can we have an option to manage this one in the UI? i.e, Can customer set their own durations of sessions? Thanks, Shireesha

When I’m working on multiple engagements, I often want to copy/paste items in a field on one engagement to another without cloning the entire engagement. I’d love to be able to copy anything I have added to an audience field by highlighting it, then copying and pasting to another field.
Hi, we would like to create Knowledge Center Bot in Finnish in PX (we don’t want to use xliff translation files, because we have all content ready in Finnish). Otherwise creating bot in Finnish is done well, but we can't edit two sections in the Feedback section without a xliff file: 1. Guiding texts in the text area 2. CTA-button (Submit).Could these be customizable?
It would be great if there was a way in the Enablement Engine tool to pause an active audience in order to do a one time send. Ex. I have audience logic set for an enablement, if for some reason someone was not included in the triggered audience logic, I have to delete the active audience in order to send one time to that individual and then go through and re-add all the original audience pieces. It would be great if I could pause certain audience triggers and activate just one and then reactivate the original audience, or if you just had the ability to pause pieces of the audience whenever necessary.
