Would be great to get a warning when an event that has received traffic suddenly gets 0. For example, if either the ID or URL is changed, and that isn’t handled and the event remapped. I think this highlights the challenge of how all departments (prod, tech, operations) can keep track of what elements are tracked in Gainsight and not. How product and tech can sync the Gainsight implementation to make it robust and not break tracked elements by mistake. One way is of course to check in Gainsight every time we make changes but I don't think that scale very well.
I understand that Font Awesome 4.7 is built in, but if Font Awesome is a language, Font Awesome 5 Pro is a totally different dialect and Font Awesome 6 is even further evolved. We use different the three different weights of icons for different purposes, for instance. At a minimum, if the editor needs to allow all FA classes… I would prefer to be able to insert our kit or license and choose what version we want to reference in the editor.
What In Gainsight PX, provide a dashboard widget that provides the ability to create a % based metric - ex. users who used Feature A / users who used Feature B. It would also be helpful to change any existing widget into a % - ex. weekly active users / all users, users who used Feature A / all active users, etc. Why Percentages normalize data and trends. Raw counts are often vanity metrics that feel good but don’t show trends as count change (ex. weekly active users). Supporting Information This is similar to these highly voted requests for CS, https://community.gainsight.com/cs-ideas-21/can-you-put-a-percentage-in-a-report-widget-4116 and https://community.gainsight.com/reports-dashboards-9/use-the-percentage-widget-in-a-dashboard-32612. This is also a commonly supported capability in other product analytics tools, ex. https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360031863432-Trends.
Hi Team, I am reaching out after a recent discussion with a customer. Customer would like to connect PX to a sandbox salesforce environment. UseCase: Need to Connect the PX with Salesforce Sandbox. Existing Design: As of now this is not supported and the only integration is with salesforce production. Can we expect in the near future to be able to connect to a sandbox environment? Thanks Mike
Hi Everyone, Currently the "magnifying glass" icon on the search bar of KC Bot is by default set to green colour, it would be helpful to customers if it was possible to change colour to that of their product brand colours. Thanks, Srinivas
Posting on behalf of a customer: As a user, I would like to be able to see where someone was in my product when they submitted feedback via the KC Bot. For example, they might say “the button on this page is broken” but we don’t know what page the user is on.
We'd like to implement the Knowledge Center Bot for our users to start PX tours at their liking. However, the KC button is always covering crucial functionality on our application. It would be nice if we could open the KC bot via a link, so we can add our own custom button in the application for users to open the bot or embed it in our existing Help Center.
It would be nice to have a back button on a multi-question survey, along with a submit button. For example, I am creating the following question in a multi-question survey: And it would be nice if a customer could go back to confirm what the previous question was, or it would be nice to just go back in general to review answers earlier in the survey.
Hi, Can PX filter the audience or account relative to a certain date? For example, can I filter "where trialEndDate less than $TODAY"? (unexpired trials) or "where trialEndDate equals $TODAY+5" (i.e. trial expires in the next 5 days)? -Matt
