Filter Engagements Based on CTA clicks

As a marketer, I want to be able to filter the engagements someone sees based on whether they clicked a CTA in a different engagement.

 

Use case: We want to notify our users of an upcoming webinar. In the dialog engagement we’re using, we have a CTA to register for the webinar. After we send this first notification about the webinar, we want to send a follow up.

 

However, we don’t want to send the follow up to people who have clicked on the CTA in the initial engagement. Right now, we can only target based on whether they viewed the engagement, not whether they clicked the CTA.
