I would love to be able to put a widget on my product analytics page showing me how much interest we’ve had in the Knowledge Centre BOT.
Either on a general views format, or be able to filter it down further to each engagement within the BOT would be great!
This product idea has great merit!
Analytics can include usage across KC Bot opens, engagements selected, articles viewed, searches conducted, etc.
Passing to our Analytics PM for further consideration.
