Attach image or video to issue ticket

Hi, I have to submit several issue tickets per month. It’s always easier to communicate the problem is I can include images or a screencast. However, there is no option to include an attachment on issue tickets. I can add an image or screencast once Gainsight has responded to my ticket via email, but this is inefficient - please make it possible to attach images and videos to the original ticket.
