Ability to submit Zendesk tickets on the Knowledge Bot

Ideally, PX customers can create custom categories/labels, such as Case Type and Priority, and attach screenshots.

 

Then users will be able to select accordingly on the Bot + attach screenshots. After submission, it’ll create a Zendesk ticket with the case type, priority, and screenshots attached.
