Interested in viewing NPS trends over time for specific accounts?

You're in luck! In order to view NPS trend, navigate to Analytics > Survey Performance > Select the specific survey you want to view trending NPS for.

Click 'Show By' 'Overview' > Filter by the account on the right-hand side.

By now, you should be seeing an overview of your account's NPS. The last tile as shown below provides the NPS trend. The slanted lines show the ups and downs by date.
