We held our first PX office hours yesterday, Dec 10! Thank you to all that joined the call! Here were some of the key questions and topics discussed:
- Passing NPS survey scores to SFDC
- Best practices for email engagements appearing correctly on all devices
- How to target specific users via engagements
- Setting max number of engagements in a given time frame (throttling)
- Identifying potential churn risks / red flag accounts
