Let the user decide whether it will be open in a new tab or inside the widget.
In our knowledge bot implementation, we are connected to Zendesk help center articles. In some of the articles, we have internal navigation inside the article (anchor links). When the article is presented inside the knowledge bot, clicking on the link will not naviigate inside the article but rather open https://support.abc.com#anchorname
