What is the Agenda of this VCAM?

  • To understand the fundamental problems you currently face in improving your Net Retention Rate (NRR)
  • To understand how we can help provide AI-based insights into improving NRR
  • To understand how you think about NRR - Renewal/Downsell/Upsell/Cross-sell


Who is the right person to Enroll?

Anyone who is interested in AI solutions for NRR improvement. The best candidates would be active users of Renewal Center (though Renewal Center use is not a requirement for this discussion). We are planning to have 2 separate sessions, one for Renewal reps (from the CS team and sales team) and one for CS leaders/execs.
 

When is this happening?

  • 15th of September for CS leaders/execs.
  • 22nd of September for Renewal reps (from the CS team and sales team).
