We're making some improvements to how you search on support.gainsight.com and how our product documentation is organized. On Mon. evening Pacific time, we'll be rolling out some changes to the site appearance, updating search functionality, and revising the site structure. By Tues. morning Oct. 1, the changes will be complete!
On the new home page, first you'll select your Gainsight product:
- CS (Customer Success) and then the NXT or Salesforce edition
- PX (Product Experience)
- RO (Revenue Optimization)
Then when you search by keywords, you'll see results only for that product and edition. For example, if you're a CS SFDC edition customer, you won't encounter articles for NXT; or if you're a PX customer, you won't encounter articles for other products. You can always return to the home page to select a different product. Please note, these changes will not impact Google search; and you may want to bookmark support.gainsight.com for the best search experience.
For PX customers, we're moving all of our PX product documentation to support.gainsight.com. If you have stored links to the old site and articles, they should redirect you to the new URLs.
