In observance of MLK Day, the Support team is operating on the following schedule: 

Monday, January 15 - Lightly Staffed

On January 15, the Support team will only be responding to high and urgent priority tickets. Response times for low and normal priority tickets will be delayed. Please note that live chat and phone support will also be closed.  We will resume normal business hours on January 16.
