Service Incident: Export Services Down

SUMMARY

The MDA release that was pushed out today is causing backwards compatibility issues with exporting services causing failures in the following areas of Gainsight: 

  1. Export to CSV
  2. Success Snapshots
  3. Dashboard Export
  4. Copilot Outreaches with SFDC Reports included 
NEXT STEPS

We have identified the code fix and are in the process of testing the code. Once the code has been fully tested a patch will be pushed to all customers.

UPDATE: We are in the process of deploying a patch MDA release to fix this issue. This deployment is expected to take approximately 1 hour. During this deployment window, MDA components will be in a hold state. This will impact Rules, Data Processor and Aggregations. Once the deployment window has closed, all queues will be resumed. Any components that were scheduled to run during maintenance will run once the window has closed.
