Service Incident - C360 Summary Fields Are Blank - June 18, 2015

SUMMARY



As of June 18, 2015 9:15am CDT, we are investigating the following service incident:



We are currently investigating reports of Customer 360 Summary fields showing as blank. Upon logging in post 4.28.1 release today some customers have reported seeing this issue. 



June 18, 2015 10:50am CDT: We have identified the root cause of the issue. We are working to package the fix and ship to customers once testing has been completed. 



June 18, 2015 3:00m CDT: This issue has been resolved within patch release 4.28.2. This patch has been pushed to all customers who are not on our opt out of auto upgrade list.
