  • Opt-out specific Contacts/Persons from Journey Orchestrator email communications via the 360 > Person section.

  • Send emails with Timeline activity details directly from Timeline using a new Send Email option, and view email stats directly from Timeline.

  • Receive Gainsight notifications via Sally directly in Slack!

  • Use People Maps influencer data in other areas of Gainsight, such as JO Participant lists and Reporting.

Hi Parimala,

Cockpit and calendar integration will only be available in NXT.

@lila_meyer I was also under the impression that all of the features in the product roadmap would also be available in SFDC edition. What other features are only NXT-specific?

Hi Ana, our product team evaluates the technical feasibility for every enhancement, and makes as many of them as possible available in both the SFDC edition and NXT. In some cases, our old platform capabilities and its architecture don’t allow us to implement a particular new feature. In these cases, we will implement the new feature only in NXT.

With every release, there are a few items that are available in one version and not the other, and that’s why we publish separate release notes for each product. We will work with every customer to determine the right time to migrate to NXT. NXT is the future for Gainsight, and we’re very excited about what this next phase of our platform evolution holds for the Customer Success community.

On the Calendar integration, initial feedback is that when adding items to the Google Calendar, it is hard to differentiate between what is generated by GS as opposed to individual work items. Is there a way to have a standard pre-fix for these items in order to identify them more clearly in the Calendar UI?

Even something as simple as “CTA:” would be useful if this is possible.

There’s a new feature ‘Share emails from timeline with activity details’

Is that going to be a feature an admin can turn on/off?

Hi @kelly Sorry I missed your question earlier. The Share via Email option in Timeline is available with v6.14 and can’t be disabled by Admins at this point.
