Incident: Outage with processing data for limited customers

Our Techops team has been made aware of a hardware failure on a data processor.  This is only affecting a LIMITED amount of customers and we are working to get this resolved ASAP.



Customers on this processor may experience:

- Rules not running

- MDA tables not loading

- Reports/dashboards not loading

- Powerlists and outreaches not loading and/or running

The processor is now up and running, and all queues have been unblocked for the customers affected.
