SUMMARY :  MDA changes
to support  Gainsight Managed Package -
Release 5.2  - August 2016 in SFDC.

Activity
:  
Gainsight has planned a
scheduled deployment on MDA as Minor Release to support  Gainsight Managed Package - Release 5.2  - August 2016 in SFDC. During this
maintenance Rules and Data Processor will be in hold state for about 2 Hours.
Soon after the deployment,  all queues will resume as normal.



This deployment
includes backend changes to support following Enhancements and many others:



    Create Success Snapshot presentations for Relationships. Create Power Lists, Email Templates, and Outreaches, and view Email Analytics for Relationship Types. Send Relationship Surveys via CoPilot. Create Success Plans for relationships using the rules engine. Export Success Plans for Relationships.
  • Account Lookup field flexibility in rule creation

Hi Jeff,

If there were any
scheduled outreaches in Co-Pilot, those might have experienced some delays.

I have verified that
your Organization has opted out of Release 5.2 hence you will continue on
Gainsight 4 with out any disruption.

Deployment has completed successfully, Rules and Data processor jobs have started executing as normal.

Also - we are still running Gainsight 4 in production....will this cause any disruption to our production service post-deployment?
