Activity

:  
Gainsight has planned a

scheduled deployment on MDA (Backend Infrastructure) as Major  Release. During this maintenance Rules and

Data processor queues  will be in hold state for about 2 Hour. 











This deployment

includes changes in MDA to support feature updates coming as part of GAINSIGHT

SFDC V5.3
  and few bug fixes. 










    Scorecard 2.0 Enhancements
    Vault - Global
    Search and new actions support in Rules
    Export
    Dashboard Services
    Reports - Users can email Gainsight Home Dashboards as a PPT
    using the Export option
    CoPilot
    - Track clicks on hyperlinks in an email using an Outreach

We are waiting for our schedule Outreaches to go out and they haven't started yet.

Yes, maintenance has completed successfully.



Inspite of adding additional capacity we still see a small backlog in queue.  We anticipate these to clear up soon (Next 30 mins to 40 mins).  



We are closely watching the queues and don't see any errors except for minor delays.  



Please share your Tenant ID/Details to investigate further.

We see the backlog has cleared.

Thanks Mahesh.  We are monitoring the Email Logs.  It looks like most Outreaches have sent and we are just waiting for a handful to post to the emails logs.  We appreciate update on backlog being clear.
