An Emergency

Hotfix was released as follows: 









Tuesday,

July 5th 2016   between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM CST
 















This release

was to fix an issue identified in Gainsight backend component.  During

this release Rules  were in hold state

for about 30 Minutes. Soon after the deployment,  all queues have resumed

as normal.
