FYI: Changes to Support Ticket Email Notifications

Hello from Gainsight Support! Due to a security change with our ticketing vendor, customers will now NOT see the ticket comment in the notification email when a new support ticket is created.  This change only affects the notification you receive when a ticket is newly created, and will not change the details you see when a ticket is updated or closed.

The change does not change the verbiage you will see, and the email will always include a link to the ticket to view the comment.  As always, we encourage you to login to the portal to view ticket details and view and respond to the support agent assigned to your case.
