We’re excited to announce the Gainsight Community is moved to a new platform. All of your posts, comments, points, and profile information are migrated to the new platform. The only change you need to make is to re-set your password. You’ll still access the Community at https://community.gainsight.com.In general, the user experience will look very similar, with some helpful new additions. On the new platform you’ll be able to:- Filter posts by Authors in the refine search results options- Follow other Community members to view their latest activity- Create a private post for Gainsight Community Admins to view/reply- Tag (@mention) other Community members on a post to facilitate conversation (Note: this may not be available on 10/23, but is definitely coming soon!)- Like or Follow any post. Hi Community! We have an exciting new feature that we are getting close to release and want to do some beta testing with some engaged end users. Cockpit Calendar Integration What does the feature do: It allows CSM’s to add CTA’s to their calendar as events!! Why would they want that: CSM’s start and plan their day from the calendar. Having your important CTA’s visible on your calendar will ensure that they don’t miss any critical due dates and better plan their day. How can I choose what CTA’s get added to my calendar: Users can set a filter criteria for CTA’s to be automatically added to their calendar (Eg: sync all my Risk CTA’s due next week) or manually add them from Cockpit. What all can I do from the synced calendar event : User can navigate to the CTA in Gainsight directly from the calendar event. In addition to this, users can update CTA due date & CTA Name directly from the calendar. Also if CTA due-date’s are updated in Gainsight the calendar event in automatic

This release includes Dashboard Permissions for dashboards and dashboard folders at the user and user group level. Permissions are [b]not[/b] enabled by default; our Support team will reach out to you in the weeks following the release to confirm enablement and access to the new feature. It also includes some popular requests for rules engine enhancements, including adv. filters in the list view, reordering and cloning actions. We're also introducing a Surveys 2.0 Beta with a new question library, display and skip logic, and custom survey domains and sites. Admins can enable the new tab in Setup > Apps.

Hello Community!We need your feedback!Gainsight is introducing the most awaited Note Templates, a way to add templates in your Timeline Notes which makes it easier and faster to log Timeline activities.Key HighlightsA preview of the Template will be visible before Users apply it in the Notes. Users can modify the text from applied templates while writing the notes. Admins will be able to compose the Note templates in the Administration (Timeline). Admins will be able to align the created templates with different Activity Types. Gainsight would like to bring synergy between Customer Success and Product Management teams. We believe this will help the CSMs to close the loop with their customers on their Enhancement Requests more efficiently and also help the Product Managers do more data driven roadmap prioritization. This synergy is only possible by having a bi-directional integration between Gainsight and Product Management tools. We already took our first step by building an integration with Productboard (Read more on this here). Next up on our radar is Aha! (We would still like to hear if your organization is using Aha!). We would like to know which other Product Management tools should we be thinking about.

6.18 NXT RELEASE The v6.18 release is live in NXT orgs in the EU as of October 6, and for US customers on October 10. This release includes: Timeline and Cockpit have been upgraded to the Horizon Experience. The Horizon Experience is Gainsight’s simple, intuitive, beautiful product experience - intended to reduce time to value and admin effort, and streamline end-user experience. The new Gainsight Assist Outlook Add-in enables you to access Gainsight email templates directly from Outlook. This feature will be available in the October Patch release. Timeline now honors Gainsight Permissions. This enables admins to control users' access to Timeline activities. In Sightline Vault, twenty new solutions are added for Customer Onboarding, Support, Customer Success Plays, and Surveys & Feedback Solution Types. We wanted to make you aware that the Sponsor Tracking infrastructure in Gainsight is currently significantly degraded. In researching this issue with our service provider over the last week, we’ve found that the service has been degrading over the last few months and is now is no longer working for many of our customers. [b]IMPACT [/b]Sponsor changes are not being passed from our service provider into Gainsight resulting in a lack of CTAs or updates. [b]NEXT STEPS [/b]We are working with our service provider to research options for bringing the Sponsor Tracking infrastructure back to full functionality. This is a Chrome Browser Gmail Plugin that makes it easier to use Email to Timeline as well as Email Assist templates right from within Gmail! We know this is a integration, so the selected participants need to be the most engaged beta testers possible! • Criteria - Available for SFDC edition and NXT. Requires Chrome browser and Gmail as the email client (we are looking at other combinations for future releases). You should also be using Timeline and Email Assist templates to fully test the functionality of this plugin. Timing - we want to choose testers no later than January 29! Interested?
