What is the Virtual Customer Advisory (VCA) about?
Rules Engine is often at the heart of your Gainsight instance. Some customers who have mastered this have built their Gainsight to solve some amazing use cases. However, it’s not always the easiest of features to master - especially for admins who are taking over an existing Gainsight instance.
We want Rules Engine to provide you even more power and flexibility, while making it easy for you to manage your Gainsight instance. For this, we want to listen to your feedback and understand the pain-points, use cases and their priorities.
Who is the right person to Enroll?
Active Admins who are both heavy users of Rules Engine and who find Rules Engine hard to manage.
When is this happening?
We are planning a number of sessions in the second week of Nov. 2020.
