What is the VCAM about?
- We understand that getting insights from your data can take time on Gainsight and there are diverse use cases for data within gainsight to be leveraged for Reports and Dashboards/GS Home. We want to understand common uses cases today where you find it difficult to setup those reports or dashboards quickly.
What is the Agenda of the VCAM?
- Create Reports to get insight is tricky, and we are looking to enhance this experience available to you across gainsight to help not only get insights from the data when it is uploaded into gainsight but also make sure that it can be acted upon.
What is the outcome of this VCAM?
- To understand the current gaps in the formulas available to users and what are common use cases

Who is the right person to enroll for the VCAM?
CS admins who:
- Manipulate data while it's loaded into Gainsight.
- Build dashboards and reports with complex data.
- Want to do more with formulas on data designer, and report builder.
