What is the VCAM about?
The Person section in C/R360 is where you add/edit and sometimes delete the person records. With multiple operations and interactions happening in this section, we would like to make the overall experience of working on this section simpler and easier. Apart from capturing information, the section also helps you view the existing data, therefore the "view" aspect also needs to be simpler and easier.
This VCAM is precisely to address some of the pain points in using the Person section and hear your suggestions and feedback to make it better, narrowing it further, we'll discuss the:-
- Add Person flow
- The list view and interactions with the list view
- Detail view
- Multiple other interactions on the section
