Service Incident - Usage Graph Not Remaining Sticky - May 21, 2015

As of May 21, 2015 9:00am CDT, we are investigating the following service incident:



We are currently investigating reports of Customer 360 Usage Graph options not remaining sticky. Upon logging in post 4.27 release some customers have reported that the usage options they picked previously were no longer selected. After selecting the correct options they are not always remaining sticky when moving from customer to customer. 



May 22, 2015 2:30pm CDT: We have identified the root cause of the issue. We have a fix available in our testing environment and plan to push to customers just as soon as testing is completed. Target date is Monday.



May 26, 2015 10:00am CDT: This issue has been resolved within patch release 4.27.1. This patch has not been pushed to all customers but will be pushed to customers who have reported this problem. If you would like your org to be upgraded please submit a ticket to support@gainsight.com

Sorry for the Delay , this is fixed and available in  V 4.27.1        Thanks!!!
Hi Emily! Our usage graph is now showing the usage metric for line the mouse hovers over vs seeing all metrics/lines when hovering over any line in the graph. Is this new view part of the release or the bug? This takes away from our ability to see the white space (what's not being used). Thanks for your help!
