We are planning to integrate Productboard with Gainsight to
- Provide a single source of truth on all the feature requests that a customer has shared in the C360 section
- Submit feature requests on behalf of the customer directly for Gainsight
- Enrich a feature request by giving visibility to other CSMs (tag other customers, ability to upvote or share comments)
I would like to hear if this excites you? Do share some use cases on how this integration will be helpful for you.
Note: Please mention if your Product team is using Productboard or any other roadmapping tools like Aha! or ProductPlan.
@gunjanm This feature will be GA’ed with Oct release but existing/interested customers should be able to get early access in Aug.
Please note that this is going to be a manual step, where
- You have to request the PB support team for a CSV file and upload it in Gainsight using the Bulk API connector.
- You have to upload the list of company records from Productboard into Gainsight (again as a .CSV from PB support team) within Product Requests admin page.
The first step can be repeated periodically and second step should mostly be a one time thing. Since PB does not have Public APIs, this was the best work around that we could come up with.
