We recommend reading the Change Management article to learn about the new and improved functionalities in the new C360/R360. We'd love to hear your thoughts on how we can improve the following new articles:

Note: Few of the new C360/R360 articles are still being evaluated, and changes may occur before we make the new 360 experience available to all customers. For any feedback, comment on this post below.

A bit picky, but can all the references to paid add-ons (like people maps, Customer Intelligence, etc.) be made clear that they are indeed paid extras? Because this is a new feature, admins don’t know what is new and included and what is not.

So who is to say that Sponsor Tracking isn’t included now with the new C360 People section? The videos and documentation are kind of ambiguous and don’t call out the “if you pay for this feature, it’s move here...”. They really just say “look it’s here!”.

Can this be corrected to say that it is based off of the Original contract Date?

 

 

While date added in Gainsight and original contract date may be the same, they are not the same reference point.

Can this also be updated to clarify that the reference field for this is? I believe it to be “Company>Renewal Date” but as we don’t use this field I can’t verify it.

In general, the documentation should be explicit in what field(s) something references. There is no one universal ‘renewal date’. Saying something like ‘the renewal date references the renewal date’ is just a tautological statement not a technical description.

only way I saw the new view show up in Team View (SFDC widget) was AFTER I published a new layout

Also, and appologies if I missed this, but where do we configure this status that is showing on the People Section of the beta 360? Is this a person status?

Hello, 

We have been testing this on our tenant and have a couple of questions:

How do we delete automatic timeline entries in bulk - we changed the way we measure health scorecards and some of our accounts have an entry that we would like to remove so it does not show on the customer journey widget.

 

How do we change the frequency of the automatic timeline entries - we were able to set it up initially but can’t see where we would change it.

 

We can’t see the customer journey widget, this is what we getting today:
