The V6.34 NXT Release Notes  is now available for EU and US customers. As part of this release, we have published 20 New articles and updated 17 Existing articles.

Customer Goals is GREAT! It would also be nice to add folders to the library to help with organizing.

More feedback on Customer Goals - it would be great to have the ability to have multiple goal “types” (similar how there’s multiple CTA types), so that each goal type could have different fields from the others. The use case would be to track customer product & strategic goals.

Product goals are what the customer is trying to achieve through our product, what made them buy, what success means to them, etc…

Strategic Goals are what the customer is currently working on or is looking to achieve this year (which is different than product goals). Examples of strategic goals include: upgrades, migrations, partner projects, renewal, application launch/changes, etc.

The cool thing is that this record type can be added to Success Plans or CTAs and progress can be tracked. Hoping more functionality will be available in this section of the product to help us track different types of goals.

Thank you for the feedback. We are evaluating solutions. One of the solutions could be add a custom field and use sort to view goals of similar kind.
