So, I'm trying to test out configuring different CTA Reasons based on CTA Type, and I'm having a few problems: 1. It seems like I have to re-enter all the reasons in each separate CTA Type that I want it included in. This wouldn't be a big deal if it were one or two, but with 10+, it's very time consuming. I was thinking that if the layout was a little different, and you had a column that showed the Type each reason was assigned to that could be edited, that might make it easier to configure. 2. It appears that in order to limit the list of reasons that show up on a CTA, I have to remove all the ones that I don't want to appear from All, but when I try to delete them, I get a message saying "This CTA Reason is used in CTA__c". Example: I only want certain reasons to be seen on Risk CTAs, so I want to remove them from the All, and add them to the Risk section. (This is based on assuming that these reasons work the same way as All/Risk/Event in playbooks.) How can I remove r

July v6.16 Release is Coming Soon Our July CS release is huge! NXT orgs will receive the release on July 14 (EU) and July 18 (US). Salesforce orgs will receive the release on July 21. Highlights of this release include: Improved License Management features for assigning licenses by type and in bulk via CSV, as well as reporting on license assignment. 6.17 NXT RELEASE The v6.17 release is live in NXT orgs in the EU as of August 25, and for US customers on August 29. This release includes: Gainsight Mobile now supports the C360 / R360 for quick access to customer info and logging Timeline activities on the go. (Available early September!) Success Snapshots is improved with a new test run preview, re-sizable table width columns, and a new Success Plan Overview slide option. New CX Center for analyzing customer sentiment across sources like Timeline and Surveys. Renewal Center offers a new Churn Reason chart to support your customer churn analysis. Company Intelligence is available in the C360 to monitor publicly available information and alert users to the signals that matter most. Plus, more than 20 new ready-to-use solutions in Sightline Vault, and multiple enhancements to Adoption Explorer and Renewal Center. We had a great roadmap session last week where we covered a wide range of topics across the CS platform. There will be additional sessions at Pulse and later this year if you weren’t able to attend this one.We’ll also host deep-dive sessions for the specific product areas that you all expressed interest in, so be on the lookout for those opportunities in Community soon. We're currently experiencing two problems with our Gainsight Community platform: 1. When users click on some posts, they will sometimes see a "Page Not Found" message. 2. Some Community members are receiving email notifications from what appear to be other company's Community sites. We've reported these issues to our Community vendor, and will provide an update here when we have more information. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience!
Ohhh, May release is going to be lit!!We have many enhancements coming up for People Maps. Check them out.. Multiple MapsPeople maps has helped in visualizing the organizational hierarchy of a Company. Who the managers are and how the different departments are organized. But as the organization gets larger, it becomes hard to navigate through the map to identify the leaders of the departments. It is required for the User to know who the head of the department is to navigate and understand the team members.Very often we also see the need to capture an org chart the does not traverse the manager relationship. For example, during renewals you would need to work on a decision hierarchy that spans across People from different departments. The decision flow is not necessarily the manager hierarchy. In these cases you would need to create a different map to capture this hierarchyFrom this release you can create multiple maps for a Company. The maps can be of 2 types Sub Hierarchy Maps: Manage
Hello Everyone,Sally in Slack now allows the users to create CTAs or post activities to Timeline, without logging-in to the Gainsight application. The length of survey URLs was shortened to 32 characters in the v5.9 release, making it easier for recipients to consistently open surveys. However, if you don't enable your survey site as secure (https), the survey link will not work for your end users. In SFDC, navigate to Sites and edit your survey site settings to enable the secure https connection.
