Hi Everyone, We are currently working on the requirements for offering a Recycle Bin in Gainsight. I need a few inputs to help me iron out the requirements: What are the most common areas in Gainsight where you accidentally delete data and need to bring the deleted items back? Would you prioritize any objects that you see accidental deletes could have a huge impact? Do let us know any other inputs you have in this regard. Thanks! Preethi

For SFDC orgs that opt-in to automatic upgrades, your Sandbox orgs will be upgraded to Gainsight CS v6.7 on Oct. 1, and the Production upgrade is on Oct. 15. In Gainsight release 4.40, an issue was introduced which is causing HTML formatting to be stripped from CTA Comments. When looking at comments which previously had HTML formatting, you will now see the tags. A fix for this will be available in the June 2016 release.
Gainsight CS version 6.8 is being released to Sandbox orgs that take automatic upgrades*. We are working on an issue reported by multiple customers in regards to external timeline attendees. Our team is currently working on a fix for this, and will share updates on this thread. Please find further information on issue and temporary fix. Issue: Customers are unable to add external attendees to timeline activitiesTemporary Fix: Save the activity as a draft, and then re-edit the draft. You should then be allowed to add external attendees to the activity and save. **Update** This is resolved now and a fix has been pushed to production.
We are making some changes in our upgrade process that will take effect with our November release. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the USA, the November release is targeted for Tuesday, November 29. Going forward, for our major and minor releases, we will have separate processes for upgrading [url=https://developer.salesforce.com/page/An_Introduction_to_Environments]Sandbox versus Production Orgs[/url]. [b]Sandbox Process Changes:[/b] [list] [*]Two weeks prior to the customer release, we will upgrade all Sandbox environments (except when there is an opt out) with a beta (near final) version of the release. This will give customers with Sandbox environments an opportunity to preview the release. [*]On the customer release day, we will upgrade all Production Orgs (except when there is an opt out) with the final release version. [b]SUMMARY[/b] We are currently investigating reports of CoPilot Power Lists and Rules not returning expected results when using "contains" or "does not contain" as a phrase operator in filters because the filter is ignored. Rules: As a work-around, move the filter using "contains" or "does not contain" from the Setup Page section to the action section.
