📢 Gainsight's PX February 2023 Interim Release is Live!

The PX February Interim release is now live in US and EU orgs! 

We have delivered new features and enhancements to help you get started faster and simplify your PX user experience. Check out our release notes for more information.

Release Highlights:

• Dashboard Enhancements: We’ve made the following enhancements to our updated Dashboard experience: 
  • Addition of four new widgets, from the former default Gainsight PX Dashboard, to the KPI Widget category: 
    • Active Users Right Now
    • Total Activated
    • Slipping Away
    • Average Events.
  •  We’ve moved Feature KPI widget to the same category as well.
  • We’ve also updated the Stickiness Ratio widget to show the average stickiness ratio and added more time period options.
• Enhancements to Custom Actions in Guide Editor: New options for custom buttons allow you to update User Attributes. This helps you to collect user preferences and persona information, and reuse attribute values for further personalization.
• New Engagement Templates: We've introduced three new engagement templates letting you create a custom action based guide, webinar invite, or banner type engagement with ease.
• Trigger Engagements Using Multi Question Survey Responses: Trigger engagements more prescriptively with the new Multi Question Survey rule. Select a multi-question survey response type as an Audience parameter and trigger engagements based on response for users.
• New API: Use the new KC Bot and Articles metadata APIs to fetch the metadata of KC Bots or Articles from your Gainsight PX subscription. You can also control the status and environments of the Bot using the API.
• Retention Analysis UI Enhancements: New behind the scenes updates make it easier to interpret PX’s Retention Analysis options. Renamed Metric filters and the relocation of Advanced filters under the new Advanced dropdown make it faster to understand and find value from retention analyses.
