gainsight running slow on certain computers
We have noticed that for our remote CSMs and some CSMs that have 2015 Macbooks, Gainsight runs extremely slow. So slow to the point that it makes the CSM want to leave Gainsight and go to Salesforce. Any ideas or things we can try?

Sorry to hear some users are experiencing delays! Have you contacted support@gainsight.com to help investigate? Also, if users can record what's happening and share that, it will be helpful to understand the extent of the issue.
